I filtri FVV-BVA per i birrifici
La società danese Harboe, che produce e commercializza bevande a base di malto, è una realtà aziendale giunta alla quinta generazione con impianti di produzione in tre paesi e attività commerciali in più di 90 mercati in tutto il mondo, alla quale VLS Technologies ha fornito un filtro a farina verticale per birra FVV-35-BVA. Il sistema di filtrazione è un’unità monoblocco compatta costruita interamente in acciaio inox (AISI 304) ed è progettata per la filtrazione di liquidi alimentari attraverso l’utilizzo di coadiuvanti come la farina fossile. Il liquido scorre partendo da un dosatore e dalle pompe di alimentazione e dosatrici verso la campana filtrante dove avviene la filtrazione principale tramite i coadiuvanti e le tele filtranti verticali. Nel caso di Harboe il filtro viene impiegato per la filtrazione di birra e di una soluzione zuccherina a base di malto.
La gamma dei filtri a farina verticali FVV spazia dai 5 ai 75 mq di superficie filtrante, ma VLS Technologies può produrre filtri per birra e filtri per liquidi alimentari in genere di varie dimensioni, a seconda delle necessità del cliente.

FVV-BVA filters for breweries
The Danish company Harboe, which produces and trades malt-based beverages, is a fifth-generation company with its production plants in three countries and trading activities in more than 90 markets worldwide, to which VLS Technologies has delivered a vertical FVV-35-BVA pressure leaf filter for beer. This filtration system is a compact monobloc unit made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and it is designed for the filtration of food liquids through the usage of kieselguhr. The liquid flows starting from a measuring device and from the feeding pumps to the filtering chamber where the main filtering process takes places thanks to kieselguhr and vertical filtering sheets. By Harboe the filter is used for the filtration of beer and a malt-based sugary solution.
The FVV range goes from 5 to 75 sq.m. of filtering surface but VLS Technologies can produce filters for beer and food liquids with a different size according to the requirements of the client.
