Con queste etichette è possibile rivestire interamente contenitori dalle forme più disparate e di qualsiasi materiale. La materia prima con cui vengono realizzate è il polietilene: un materiale elastico e riciclabile al 100%.
Grazie all’elevata elasticità della materia prima non c’è bisogno di utilizzare adesivi o calore per adattare l’etichetta al contenitore e questo rende il processo produttivo delle stretch sleeve più pulito e a basso consumo energetico. La facile separazione dal contenitore semplifica il riciclaggio delle componenti del pack e rende il prodotto maggiormente eco-friendly.
Inoltre, questa soluzione è anche resistente ai raggi UV e può essere parziale, totale, bi-pack o multipack.
Proporre soluzioni di packaging green 100% riciclabili significa tendere una mano al pianeta, ma non basta solo questo e Maca lo sa bene.
L’azienda di flexible packaging investe costantemente in ricerca e sviluppo di nuovi materiali. Per le stretch sleeve, ad esempio, vengono utilizzati materiali sottili fino a 30 µm che riducono consumi e scarti.
Al di là dell’innovazione tecnologica per proporre pack sempre più eco-friendly, Maca ha anche puntato su un approccio sostenibile e orientato all’economia circolare. L’azienda italiana, per ridurre al massimo il suo impatto sull’ambiente, ha integrato adesivi e inchiostri a base acqua e ha investito sull’efficientazione energetica di tutto il processo produttivo con un impianto fotovoltaico che riduce le emissioni di CO2 di oltre 600mila kg all’anno.

With these labels it is possible to completely cover containers of the most disparate shapes and of any material. The raw material with which they are made is polyethylene: a 100% recyclable material.
Thanks to the high elasticity of the raw material, there is no need to use adhesives or heat to adapt the label to the container and this makes the production process of stretch sleeves cleaner and with low energy consumption. The easy separation from the container facilitates the recycling of the components of the pack and makes the product more eco-friendly. In addition to being eco-friendly, this solution is also resistant to UV rays and can be partial, total, bi-pack or multi-pack.
Proposing 100% recyclable green packaging solutions means reaching out to the planet, but this is not enough and Maca knows it well.
