Il campo di attività tradizionale della Livetech, ovvero i sistemi robotizzati di packaging, si integra oggi perfettamente con la sua gamma di macchine di incarto primario. Queste derivano dall’esperienza di Fourpack nelle incartatrici flowpack e X-fold e nei relativi sistemi di alimentazione, e il know-how sviluppato dalla Livetech nelle sue macchine Liveflow.
Livetech e le aziende del suo gruppo operano come un team unico in grado di realizzare impianti completi. I sistemi robotizzati della Livetech, sia nelle applicazioni basate sui robot a 2 assi LRS-2 e LRS-2E sia su quelle basate sui robot a cinematica delta – equipaggiabili all’occorrenza con sistemi di visione artificiale, sono impiegati sia a monte che a valle delle incartatrici. Nel primo caso, nelle operazioni di alimentazione automatica; nel secondo, nei sistemi di fine linea che operano il confezionamento secondario e l’imballo del prodotto.

Ognuna delle versioni è personalizzabile con un’ampia gamma di opzioni che ne assicura la versatilità e la capacità di rispondere a esigenze diversificate.
Oltre che dai sistemi robotizzati, le incartatrici flowpack possono essere alimentate mediante sistemi di distribuzione ranghi a nastri brandeggianti, completati da buffer in diverse configurazioni, o da sistemi stream.
Le incartatrici X-fold sono macchine servocomandate dotate di caricatori volumetrici e dispositivo di rotazione dei biscotti all’estremità del pacco, e assicurano l’accuratezza dell’incarto sia per biscotti rotondi che quadrati o rettangolari.
