SGD14 – I manometri “Solid Front” sono costruiti in accordo con le norme EN 837-1 e ASME B40.1.
L’elemento sensibile del manometro è una molla o tubo di Bourdon, ma la particolarità di questo strumento è la presenza di una parete separatrice di protezione interposta fra l’elemento manometrico ed il quadrante.
Il dispositivo di sfiato costituito da un fondo dirompente che permette un eventuale sfogo di pressione dalla custodia completa il tutto.
Due sono le versioni disponibili per questo manometro: la prima versione con serraggio a baionetta con dimensioni della custodia DN63 (No Ex), DN100 (Ex), DN 150 (Ex), la seconda versione (modello a torretta) presenta una custodia fenolica e un quadrante da 4.5′ ‘.
SGD14 è in grado di soddisfare le vostre esigenze in ogni situazione, grazie ai numerosi campi di misura disponibili (fino a 1000 bar!), alle numerose opzioni ed accessori che possono essere abbinati tra di loro.
E’ possibile scegliere tra diverse opzioni, le più rilevanti: Cassa/Anello/Movimento in SS AISI 316, una protezione overrange fino a 1.5 x Fondo Scala ed una classe di precisione di 0.5.
Un’altra caratteristica fondamentale che contraddistingue il nostro SGD14: se combinato con un sistema refrigerante, può lavorare con temperature di processo fino a 200°C!

SGD14 – Solid front pressure gauges are manufactured according to standards EN 837-1 and ASME B40.1.
The sensing element of the pressure gauge is a Bourdon tube, but the peculiarity of this instrument is the presence of a protection baffle wall that is positioned between the pressure element assembly and the dial.
Complete the whole a blow-out device made of a back plate which allows an eventual pressure vent from the casing.
There are two versions for this pressure gauge: the first one bayonet type with case sizes DN63 (No Ex), DN100 (Ex), DN 150 (Ex), the second one (turret model) with phenolic case and dial size of 4.5’’.
