تأسست الشركة على يد أنجيلو كولومبيني Angelo Colombini على أن تكون ورشة ميكانيكية لقطاع السيارات، استثمرت الشركة في الستينات جزء من الموارد لتصميم وتصنيع نظام جديد لطحن القهوة. ومع مرور الوقت، ازدادت أهمية العمل في هذا القطاع حتى تُرك قطاع السيارات.
في أوائل السبعينات تم ابتكار ماركة إيكوبرفكس Icoperfex على يد إيطالو كولومبيني “Italo Colombini”، ثم استمرت في التسعينات كماركة كولومبيني “Colombini”. رمز الاستمرارية ما بين الأجيال ومرادف للجودة في العالم.
اليوم تصمم كولومبيني مطاحن تناسب جميع الدورات الإنتاجية والتي تضيف إلى الدقة، أقصى سهولة في الاستخدام، التي تقلل بشدة من تكلفة المنظومة واستهلاك الطاقة، كما تضمن أعلى جودة لطحن القهوة حتى القهوة للاستخدام التركي، بالأخص مع حب الهال. جودة مرتبطة بشكل كبير بأسطوانات التقطيع المُصممة والمُصنعة خصيصًا داخل الشركة. فهي سر ونقطة قوة جميع مطاحن كولومبيني: من الماكينات الخاصة بخطوط الإنتاج الكبيرة والمتوسطة Criomak، وحتى ماكينات تحميص القهوة وماكينات المقاهي مثل ماكينة أنجيل “Angel”: “العبقري الإيطالي الصغير”. وهي الماكينة الوحيدة التي تجمع ما بين كل تكنولوجية وكفاءة أكبر أنظمة طحن كولومبيني في مساحة صغيرة للغاية.
Founded by Angelo Colombini as a mechanical workshop specializing in the automobile sector, in the 60s the company invested parts of its resources in the engineering and production of a new coffee grinding system. As the years went by, the commitment to this project became such relevant that the automobile sector was completely left aside. In early 70s, Icoperfex brand was created by Italo Colombini and then followed by Colombini brand in early 90s: Symbol of generational continuity and synonymous with quality around the world.
Today, Colombini designs grinders suitable for any production cycle, to combine precision with utmost user-friendliness, thus dramatically reducing running costs and energy consumption, guaranteeing top quality ground coffee, also for Turkish coffee, with cardamom in particular. Such quality mostly depends on the cutting discs designed and built in-house only. They are the secret and strength of all Colombini grinders: from those for big and medium outputs of Criomak line, right to those for coffee production factories and coffee shops, like Angel: the little Italian Genius. It is the only one that holds the technology and performance typical of Colombini big grinding systems in small space.
