Pulsar Industry è attiva da più di 30 anni nell’industria alimentare e, in particolare, nei settori della lavorazione della carne, dell’ortofrutta, delle conserve e del beverage. Dispone di tutte le risorse e le competenze necessarie per la progettazione e la realizzazione di sistemi integrati di produzione e logistica anche per i clienti più esigenti.
Sotto lo stesso tetto si trovano tutte le funzioni necessarie per costruire da zero un intero stabilimento. Tutto ha inizio nell’ufficio tecnico di progettazione meccanica dove le idee e le soluzioni studiate insieme al cliente trovano la loro espressione e modellazione.
A stretto contatto con i progettisti meccanici, lavorano i progettisti di automazione e robotica che disegnano le specifiche per la realizzazione dei quadri elettrici di controllo e del software che governerà automatismi e robot.
A fianco degli uffici di progettazione, ospitati all’interno di due grandi capannoni, si trovano i laboratori-officina dove vengono assemblati i quadri elettrici, tutti i componenti meccanici e gli impianti di bordo macchina. Prima di essere smontati e spediti al cliente per l’assemblaggio finale, gli impianti vengono sottoposti ad un severo collaudo “in casa”.
Tutti gli impianti sono integrati da Dynamic, il software dipartimentale per il controllo della produzione e la gestione operativa della logistica di magazzino interamente progettato e realizzato dagli esperti informatici di Pulsar Industry. Dynamic è dotato di tutte le funzioni necessarie a governare il processo produttivo dell’industria alimentare, dalla pianificazione alla spedizione attraversando le fasi di ricevimento, processo, stagionatura, confezionamento e logistica.
Dynamic consente di effettuare un monitoraggio continuo e altamente automatizzato di tutte le variabili di campo che concorrono al raggiungimento di una elevata produttività nel rispetto dei criteri di efficienza nell’uso delle risorse energetiche (energia elettrica, calore, impianti di refrigerazione).

Pulsar Industry has been in the food industry for more than 30 years, especially in the meat processing, preserves, beverages, and fruit&vegetables sectors. It has all the resources and knowledge to design and build production and logistics integrated systems, even for the most demanding customers.
Under one roof are all the functions needed to build an entire factory from scratch. It all starts in the mechanical design office where ideas and solutions worked out together with the customer find their expression and shaping.
Working closely with the mechanical designers are the automation and robotics designers who draw up the specifications for the electrical control panels and the software that will govern the automation and robots.
Next to the design offices, housed in two large sheds, are the workshop-laboratories where the electrical panels, all the mechanical components and the on-board machine systems are assembled. Before being disassembled and sent to the customer for final assembly, the systems undergo stringent in-house testing.
All the systems are integrated by Dynamic, the departmental software for production control and operational management of warehouse logistics entirely designed and developed by Pulsar Industry’s IT experts. Dynamic is equipped with all the functions necessary to govern the production process in the food industry, from planning to dispatch through the phases of reception, processing, seasoning, packaging and logistics.
Dynamic allows continuous and highly automated monitoring of all field variables that contribute to achieving high productivity while respecting the criteria of efficiency in the use of energy resources (electricity, heat, refrigeration systems).
