Il successo riscosso da Omas Tecnosistemi alla recente edizione di HOST corona un anno ricco di richieste di macchine e impianti di confezionamento e riempimento
Durante l’ultima edizione di HOST Omas Tecnosistemi ha presentato l’ultima versione di FLEXICAP, a 4 piste per il riempimento di solubile, con possibilità di sostituzione carrello di dosaggio con stazione per liquidi o caffè, stazione di taglia/trancia film plastica, uscita in linea per gestione confezionamento delle capsule. La macchina presentata era corredata del nuovo caricatore alla rinfusa, interamente progettazione e realizzato in Omas, dotato di vasca di carico da 400 capsule. La macchina ha riscosso molto interesse in particolare da parte di piccoli e medi torrefattori.
Tutta la macchina è concepita per poter lavorare con più formati sia per prodotti liquidi, polveri o caffè: grazie all’utilizzo di godets per il trasferimento delle capsule e le stazioni di riempimento, inserimento filtro (ove richiesto), trancia e salda top lid, tipo “docking station” facilmente e completamente estraibili, consentono di ottenere un’eccellente pulizia, e soprattutto un rapido cambio formato, effettuato in tempi minimi e senza utilizzo di utensili. Oltre il caricatore di capsule alla rinfusa, è possibile installare caricatore per capsule in alluminio impilate nella speciale versione Omas in orizzontale, consente il caricamento manuale delle capsule in autonomia.
La gestione delle stazioni è effettua tramite motori brushless che assicurano affidabilità e precisione, nonchè ripetitività della qualità delle operazioni da effettuare; le regolazioni e le parametrizzazioni, sono effettuate da pannello di controllo “touch screen” da 15’’ con possibilità di salvare i dati e informazioni di produzione impostate. La macchina è predisposta per integrazione in Industria 4.0
Sistema di sganciamento e discesa per la pulizia del macinatore o tramoggia superiore (caffè o solubili) o altri dispositivi posti sulla parte superiore della FLEXICAP: permette la massima garanzia di sicurezza per gli operatori e manutentori. È possibile collegare le stazioni di riempimento direttamente all’impianto di produzione del prodotto, per garantire la massima igiene e la continuità di produzione senza fermi macchina.
In particolare, durante quest’anno, Omas Tecnosistemi ha avuto un incremento di richieste per la fornitura di macchine ed impianti per il riempimento e confezionamento di prodotti nutraceutici, sia liquidi che polveri (anche combinati), come sospensioni bevibili, sciroppi, integratori, fermenti lattici, vitamine e proteine in polvere e altri similari.

Omas Tecnosistemi’s success at recent HOST in Milan crowns a year full of request of filling and packing machines and systems
During the last edition of the exhibition HOST, Milan, Omas Tecnosistemi presented the last version of FLEXICAPS, equipped with four lanes for filling soluble products with the possibility to substitute the filling unit with the station of liquids and coffee.
The station cut and shear plastic films, and in-line outlet to handle the packaging of the capsules.
The machine displayed was equipped with the new automatic feeding in bulk, designed and internally realized in the company Omas Tecnosistemi S.p.a.; the system includes a bowl feeder for the production of 400 capsules. The machine was particularly successful among the small and medium coffee roasting companies.
All the machines are able to run different formats for both liquid products, powders and coffee: thanks to the use of godets to transfer the capsules and the filling stations to insert the filter (if required). The cut and shear “docking station” type is easily and completely extractable, they both guarantee a perfect cleaning and above all a fast change over effectuated in short time and with no use of tools.
It is possible to install a feeding system together with the automatic feeding of stacked aluminum capsules in horizontal. This allows the manual loading of the capsules in autonomy.
The stations are driven by brushless motor, which ensure reliability, precision and repetitions of the operations to be carried out; the adjustment and configurations are carried out by a 15” “touch screen control panel” with the possibility to save the data and the information of the production. The machine is ready for the industry 4.0.
Descent and uncoupling system to clean the grinder or the superior hopper (coffee and soluble product), or other devices placed on the upper part of the FLEXICAP: it allows the maximum safety guarantee for the operators and maintainers. It is possible to directly connect the filling stations to the production installation of the product in order to guarantee the maximum hygiene and the continuity of the production with no stops of the machine.
In particular, during this year, Omas Tecnosistemi has seen an enormous request of machines and installation of filling and packing of nutraceutical products, both for liquids and powders (or combined) such as drinkable suspensions, syrups, integrators and milk enzymes, vitamins, proteins in powders and similar.
