Landucci is glad to announce the acquisition of the Zamboni company (OMZ Officine Meccaniche Zamboni).
Zamboni, a historic mechanical company and reference brand in the production of machinery for pasta factories, has already start being an integral part of Landucci’s industrial and commercial activity.
Landucci is now able to supply spare parts and overhauls of the Zamboni products range. The flagship product is the universal and always appreciated cutting-folding machines for the production of “Bologna” pasta, such as farfalle and orecchiette, but also nesting machines, kneading machines, coils-maker and dosing machines. These products will complement and expand the Landucci offer, in a combination of tradition and innovation that has always distinguished its work.
Being able to combine the technical knowledge and market presence of two leading companies in the sector consolidates Landucci’s position next to the pasta producers all over the world.
Landucci is sure that this new activity will be appreciated by customers, old and new, and that it will allow it to be even closer to all the companies that in the past have purchased Zamboni products and that through this new management will be able to benefit from original spare parts and technical assistance.
This acquisition is an important step for Landucci, which takes on an even greater significance, as it was made in a complex moment, but at the same time very challenging for all of us.
