Mad Automation oggi
Mad è in costante crescita sia in termini di rete di vendita che di fatturato con l’obiettivo di rendere il Brand Mad Automation sinonimo di sistemi di fine linea. Negli anni Mad ha ottenuto numerosi brevetti e una Menzione d’Onore per l’Innovazione dalla Camera di Commercio Italiana. Per rispondere alla crescente domanda del mercato di sistemi completi di fine linea, e nonostante la crisi Covid 19 2020/2021, Mad si è recentemente trasferita nella sua nuova sede di 3.500 m2. La strategia di sviluppo per i prossimi anni prevede di rafforzare la propria copertura commerciale sia in Italia che all’estero implementando una rete di vendita internazionale. Brain 4.0
Le macchine di Mad Automation vengono gestite da un sistema di supervisione impianto Brain 4.0 è un pacchetto software scalabile che, attraverso un controllo centralizzato dei processi produttivi e logistici, ha lo scopo di ottimizzare l’efficienza delle aziende. La principale caratteristica è l’adattabilità rispetto alle risorse già presenti presso il cliente e agli obiettivi produttivi che si intende raggiungere.
Attraverso l’installazione del software di Mad il cliente potrà:
• avere il pieno controllo degli impianti produttivi, colmando la mancata versatilità di sistemi software generalmente proposti da software house esterne;
• far sì che macchine, dispositivi, database e software diversi dialoghino tra di loro attraverso la guida di un “cervello” centralizzato.
Mad Automation a Ipack Ima
Mad Automation esporrà alla fiera Ipack Ima di Milano che avrà luogo dal 3 al 6 maggio 2022. Nell’ampio spazio espositivo a disposizione verrà presentato un sistema di fine linea completo composto da: incartonatrice, isola di pallettizzazione, fasciatore pallet e navetta LGV.

Mad Automation has been working for more than fifteen years as a software developer and end of line solutions manufacturer, with the aim of bringing to the packaging and handling industry the maximum benefits in terms of performance and production efficiency. Mad Automation today
Mad has been steadily growing both in terms of sales network and turnover with the aim of making the Brand Mad Automation synonymous with end-of-line systems. Over the years, it has been awarded numerous patents and an honorable Mention for Innovation by the Italian Chamber of Commerce. In order to respond to the increasing market’s demand for complete end-of-line systems, and in spite of the 2020/2021 Covid 19 crisis, Mad recently moved into its new headquarters, a brand new, state of the art, 3.500 m2 (37.000 ft2) facility. Mad’s development strategy for the next years is to strengthen its commercial coverage both in Europe and overseas by implementing an international sales network. The first step towards the accomplishment of this goal is the recent constitution of Mad’s subsidiary in North America, Mad Automation America Inc.
Brain 4.0
Mad Automation machines are controlled by the Brain 4.0 machine supervision software is a scalable software package. By means of a centralized production process and logistics control it optimizes the companies’ efficiency. Entirely developed in-house, its main feature is the possibility to be adapted to the customers’ machines and to be tailored to the customers’ production goals. MAD Automation not only takes care of the installation and start-up of the system, but also provides periodic upgrades.
By using Brain 4.0 the customer will:
• Fully control of the whole production process and avoid the lack of flexibility normally caused by software supplied by general software houses,
• Make sure that machines, devices, databases and software all communicate in the same language thanks to a common “brain”.
Mad Automation at Ipack Ima
Mad Automation will participate in the Ipack Ima in Milan, May 3rd through May 6th 2022. A complete end-of-line system will be showcased in Mad’s large booth. The system consists of a case packer, a palletizer, a stretch wrapper and an LGV.
