Focus sulle tematiche centrali dell’industria dolciaria – Durata abbreviata anche per la parallela ISM
Poche settimane fa Koelnmesse ha annunciato lo spostamento straordinario di ISM da fine gennaio alle nuove date, più compatte, dal 23 al 25 aprile 2023. In base ai feedback ricevuti da un sondaggio approfondito condotto fra le aziende espositrici di ProSweets Cologne, in collaborazione con i sostenitori concettuali della rassegna, Koelnmesse ha deciso di spostare il Salone internazionale di prodotti dolciari e snack al 23 – 25 aprile 2023, dando vita a una Special Edition.
“Il riscontro ottenuto dai nostri clienti tramite il sondaggio e i numerosi incontri personali con i nostri espositori hanno evidenziato il desiderio di partecipare alla rassegna e l’apprezzamento della proposta di una Special Edition di ProSweets Cologne nel mese di aprile. A prescindere dal cambio di date si conferma la chiave del successo di ProSweets Cologne, cioè l’abbinamento a ISM: una costellazione unica che riflette l’intera catena del valore ad abbracciare produzione, subforniture e distribuzione. Siamo quindi convinti che gli espositori di ProSweets Cologne 2023 potranno dedicarsi al networking e fare business con key player di prestigio come da consuetudine, anche nell’ambito di una Special Edition”, afferma Claire Steinbrück, nuova Vice President Food Technology di Koelnmesse GmbH.
Partner preziosi di ProSweets Cologne come la Società tedesca per l’agricoltura (DLG), Sweets Global Network e.V. (SG), l’Associazione dell’industria dolciaria tedesca (BDSI) e l’Istituto tecnico centrale dell’industria dolciaria tedesca (ZDS) parteciperanno come sempre alla rassegna e all’organizzazione del programma di eventi e conferenze per illustrare gli ultimi sviluppi con riferimento, per esempio, al reperimento globale delle materie prime o a formule di packaging sostenibili.
Nelle prossime settimane il team di ProSweets Cologne lavorerà alacremente al format della Special Edition e provvederà a informare tutte le aziende espositrici e i visitatori con riferimento al nuovo format.

Focus on the key themes of the sweets industry – shortened schedule to match the co-staged ISM
A few weeks ago, Koelnmesse announced the one-off postponement of ISM from the end of January until 23 to 25 April 2023 with a shortened schedule. Based on the feedback received after questioning the exhibiting companies of ProSweets Cologne in detail, together with their industry sponsors, Koelnmesse has decided to also postpone the international supplier fair for sweets and snacks until 23 to 25 April 2023 and execute it in the form of a special edition.
“The feedback from our customers to the survey we carried out and the many personal discussions with our exhibitors underline the need for the execution and offer of a ProSweets Cologne 2023 – Special Edition in April. Irregardless of the date being postponed, the secret of ProSweets Cologne 2023’s success has also asserted itself – and this is the fact that it is staged parallel to ISM: Their unique constellation of covering the entire value chain of the production and supplier industries and the trade. We are thus convinced that the exhibitors of ProSweets Cologne 2023 will be able to network with the relevant key players and do business in the usual manner in the course of this special edition,” explained Claire Steinbrück, the new Food Technology Vice President Trade Fair Management, Koelnmesse GmbH.
Important partners of ProSweets Cologne such as the German Agricultural Society (DLG), Sweets Global Network e.V. (SG), the German Confection Industry (BDSI) and the Central College of the German Confectionery Industry e.V. (ZDS) will take part in the trade fair as usual and will be involved in co-shaping the event and lecture programme and will inform the visitors about the latest developments for instance regarding global raw material procurement or sustainable packaging concepts.
Over the coming weeks, the team of ProSweets Cologne will work intensively on the concept of the special edition and inform all exhibiting companies and visitors about the new format in a timely manner.
