Il Gruppo Anselmo è orgoglioso di annunciare la sua partecipazione alla prossima fiera Interpack, che si terrà a Düsseldorf dal 4 al 10 maggio 2023
Questa importante manifestazione internazionale rappresenta per il Gruppo un’opportunità unica per incontrare clienti di tutto il mondo, per avviare trattative e stabilire relazioni negoziali durature, per avviare un confronto tecnico e commerciale che inneschi una crescita professionale da entrambe le parti.
La partecipazione a Interpack conferma la mission dell’azienda nell’offrire ai clienti soluzioni complete e personalizzate e con l’impegno di garantire la massima qualità e flessibilità.
Il Gruppo Anselmo offre una gamma di prodotti sempre più vasta per l’industria alimentare, completamente “Made in Italy”. La sinergia creatasi tra le aziende del Gruppo e l’unione delle singole competenze hanno lo scopo di sviluppare soluzioni complete e personalizzate in grado di soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti in tutto il mondo.
Nel 2017 Anselmo Impianti inizia un percorso di crescita che porterà alla successiva incorporazione di altre 3 aziende dando forma all’attuale Gruppo. Dal 2019 entrano a far parte gradualmente FEN Impianti, LTA e Omar Impianti.
Anselmo Impianti produce impianti industriali per pasta secca da più di 40 anni (foto1); conosciuto in tutto il mondo grazie a centinaia di referenze e grazie ad una tecnologia altamente affidabile, si completa nel 2004 con l’acquisizione e successivo sviluppo del know-how Braibanti.
FEN Impianti è leader mondiale negli impianti per la produzione industriale di snack, cereali da colazione, farine funzionali e paste aglutiniche. FEN Impianti è in grado di offrire soluzioni personalizzate e flessibili, frutto della sua trentennale esperienza, che ha portato alla vendita di centinaia impianti in tutto il mondo.
Possiede un centro R&D (foto 2) a servizio di tutto il Gruppo, dotato di impianti pilota allo stato dell’arte deputati allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e a collaborazioni con i clienti sia per training al personale che per le caratterizzazioni dei prodotti richiesti. Attualmente il centro si sta arricchendo di 2 nuovi estrusori dando così la possibilità di allargare ulteriormente la gamma di prodotti sviluppabili e consolidando le collaborazioni con grandi Corporation.
LTA è specializzata nella produzione di macchinari per la produzione di impianti automatici e semi-automatici di formati speciali come nidi, lasagne e cannelloni, a completamento della gamma di formati offerti da Anselmo Impianti.
Omar Impianti è specializzata nella produzione di macchine tortellinatrici, raviolatrici, gramole e sfogliatrici automatiche (foto 3).

In 2017, Anselmo Impianti started an evolving process that would lead to the merging of other 3 companies, thus creating the present Group. In 2019, FEN Impianti, LTA and Omar Impianti became part of the Group.
Anselmo Impianti has been manufacturing industrial systems for dry pasta for more than 40 years (pic 1). Highly renowned the world over thanks to hundreds of production lines installed and thanks to a highly reliable technology, in 2004 the Group acquired and then developed the Braibanti know-how.
FEN Impianti is world leader in the field of plants for industrial production of snacks, breakfast cereals, functional dough and gluten-free pasta. FEN Impianti can offer personalized and flexible solutions, fruit of its thirty-year experience that has led to the sales of hundreds of plants all over the world. It boasts an R&D centre (pic. 2) servicing the whole Group equipped with state-of-the-art pilot plants for the development of new products, and for cooperation with customers for both staff training and product characterization. Presently, the centre is being enriched with 2 new extruders, thus offering the possibility to further extend the product range that can be developed and strengthening collaborations with big Corporations.
LTA specialized in the manufacture of machinery for the production of automatic and semi-automatic systems of special shapes, such as nests, lasagna and canelloni, that complete Anselmo Impianti range of product shapes.
