COLINES presenterà la sua rivoluzionaria e versatile fardellatrice ALLWrapper, che sfrutta il film stretch per l’imballaggio secondario praticamente di qualsiasi prodotto
Quella in programma dal 4 al 10 maggio a Düsseldorf sarà un’edizione speciale di Interpack per l’azienda italiana COLINES Spa, che parteciperà per la prima volta alla fiera dedicata al mondo dell’imballaggio come espositore.
Se il core business di COLINES rimane legato alle linee di estrusione e dunque la fiera di riferimento è la K, a Interpack 2023 l’azienda presenterà la propria ALLWrapper, la rivoluzionaria e versatile fardellatrice che sfrutta il film stretch per l’imballaggio secondario praticamente di qualsiasi prodotto. “La macchina si rivolge alla grande distribuzione – spiega Marcello Baruffo, project manager per ALLWrapper di COLINES – e la sua forza sta nell’estrema versatilità di utilizzo, che la rende adatta praticamente per tutti i prodotti che comunemente vengono fardellati con il termoretraibile o con i cartoni. In questo momento per noi la sfida principale sta nel far conoscere il prodotto, al fine di far cambiare mentalità al mercato: essendo una soluzione profondamente innovativa, infatti, il primo passaggio necessario è quello di far comprendere la sua bontà. Da questo nasce l’idea di esporre alla Interpack (Hall 11, Stand C20), anche in virtù del successo avuto dalla macchina alla fiera K”.
Nel corso dell’evento tenutosi lo scorso ottobre a Düsseldorf, infatti, COLINES ha presentato l’ultimo modello della sua linea ALLWrapper suscitando un ottimo interesse: “Tanti visitatori si sono fermati per assistere a una demo e questo si è poi concretizzato nella vendita di due macchine durante il periodo fiera e nell’inizio di diverse trattative, alcune delle quali sono già state finalizzate, in pochi mesi. La partecipazione a Interpack è un ulteriore passo in avanti per promuovere il prodotto ma nei prossimi mesi andremo oltre: per la prima volta parteciperemo alla fiera Cibustec, a Parma, e puntiamo a esserci, con una grossa novità, alla prossima Anuga FoodTec nel 2024”.
Chiare le idee anche su cosa renda speciale le macchine della linea ALLWrapper, in rapporto ai “competitor”: “Innanzitutto c’è un risparmio concreto in termini di film utilizzato, perché lo stretch richiede spessori più bassi, con risparmi nell’ottica del 50% rispetto al termoretraibile. Rispetto alle alternative, pochissime, che esistono sul mercato, poi, ALLWrapper è altamente innovativa: il prestiro del film e il sistema di avvolgimento garantiscono una precisione millimetrica e consentono di distribuire la tensione sul prodotto esattamente come vogliamo noi: il vantaggio sta nel fatto che i prodotti più morbidi non vengono deformati, mentre quelli più rigidi consentono una tensione più elevata, con conseguente ulteriore risparmio di film”.

COLINES presents its ALLWrapper, the revolutionary and versatile bundle wrapping machine for the secondary packaging using stretch film
The upcoming edition of Interpack, which will take place from May 4th to May 10th in Düsseldorf, will be a special one for the Italian company COLINES Spa, which will participate for the first time as an exhibitor at the trade fair dedicated to the packaging world. While extrusion lines remain COLINES’ core business, at Interpack 2023 the company will present its ALLWrapper, the revolutionary and versatile bundle wrapping machine for the secondary packaging using stretch film. “The machine is aimed at large retailers,” explains Marcello Baruffo, project manager for ALLWrapper at COLINES, “and its strength stays in its extreme versatility of use, making it suitable for practically all products that are commonly bundled with shrink wrap or cardboard. At the moment, our main challenge is to make the product known in order to change the market’s mindset. Being a deeply innovative solution, the first necessary step is to make its goodness understood. This is the reason why we decided to exhibit at Interpack (HALL 11, stand C20), also because of the success the machine had at the K fair.”
During the event held last October in Düsseldorf, COLINES presented the latest model of its ALLWrapper line, arousing great interest: “Many visitors stopped to watch a demo and this resulted in the sale of two machines during the fair period and the beginning of several negotiations in a few months, some of which have already been finalized. Participation in Interpack is a further step forward to promote the product, but in the coming months we will go further: for the first time we will participate in the Cibustec fair in Parma and we aim to be at the next Anuga FoodTec in 2024.”
The company is also confident about what makes the ALLWrapper machine unique when compared to their competitors: “First of all, there is a concrete saving in terms of film used because stretch film requires lower thicknesses, with savings of up to 50% compared to shrink film. Moreover, compared to the few alternatives that exist on the market, ALLWrapper is highly innovative: the film pre-stretch and wrapping system guarantee millimeter precision and allow us to distribute the tension on the product exactly as we want. The advantage is that softer products are not deformed, while stiffer ones allow for higher tension, with a consequent further film saving.”
