La ditta Borghi è stata fondata nel 1948 in Melara (Rovigo) ed è un’azienda che si è certificata UNI EN ISO 9001.2000NEL 2004 e successivamente nel 2008, si è aggiornata secondo la nuova norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, il mantenimento della certificazione ISO 9001 – 3834 è un impegno che la ditta BORGHI mantiene per garantire soluzioni ai propri clienti che siano conformi ai requisiti definiti dalla normativa. Ogni impianto proposto viene studiato insieme al cliente per raggiungere il miglior compromesso tra prestazioni, funzionalità e investimento.
Borghi sa soddisfare la realizzazione di impianti chiavi in mano, l’ufficio tecnico è strutturato per mettere a disposizione del cliente ingegneri qualificati per seguire la fase della commessa, la fase di montaggio e il post-vendita.
La presenza diffusa di distributori nel territorio UE e non ha dato alla ditta BORGHI la possibilità di crescere e di far conoscere il suo know-how e la sua professionalità. Le lavorazioni meccaniche vengono realizzate all’interno dell’azienda dove si utilizzano le più avanzate tecnologie (taglio laser, piegatura automatica, punzonatura lamiere, taglio plasma da tubo e da lamiere, magazzino lamiere automatizzato). Macchine, strutture ed elementi vengono effettuati in lamiera zincata a freddo, zincata a caldo, in acciaio inox AISI 304, o con verniciatura a polveri epossidiche a seconda del tipo di prodotto da stoccare e trasportare e dalla richiesta del cliente.
La ditta Borghi gode di una importante superficie dedicata a magazzino materiale pronto per l’imballo con tre distinte zone di imballo dedicate per imballaggio tubazioni, imballaggio i macchinari e imballaggio silos.
Settore tubazione di caduta
Uno dei settori in cui la ditta BORGHI è specializzata fin dai primi anni di attività è senza dubbio la costruzione di tubazione in ferro smaltato con polveri a fuoco epossidiche, in acciaio zincato e in acciaio Inox Aisi 304.
La ditta possiede all’interno della fabbrica più di 30 macchine certificate dedicate alla lavorazione di taglio, saldatura, bordatura in automatico che offre una eccellente finitura e qualità del prodotto.
Come per tutti gli altri macchinari di propria fabbricazione, BORGHI ha dedicato una superficie coperta di fabbricati a magazzino per dare la possibilità alla clientela di un tempo di consegna rapido ed efficace dall’arrivo dell’ordine, curando nei minimi dettagli l’imballo e la spedizione.
Impianti e macchinari costruiti da Borghi sono apprezzati in tutto il mondo. Dal 2010 la ditta Borghi costruisce all’interno della fabbrica anche la sonda preleva-campioni, macchina di massima importanza in qualsiasi centro di raccolta cereali poiché dà la possibilità al cliente di valutare tutte le caratteristiche del prodotto campionato appena raccolto dal campo.

BORGHI company was founded in 1948 in Melara (Rovigo, Italy), and it certified ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 in 2014, becoming a transformation center in accordance with DM 14/1/2018 from June of the same year and updated according to the new rule EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 in 2015; ISO 9001 – 3834 certifications are a commitment that BORGHI company maintains to guarantee solutions to its customers that comply with the requirements defined by the legislation.

BORGHI knows how to satisfy turnkey systems realization, the technical department is structured to provide the customer with qualified engineers to follow workorder phase, assembly phase and after-sales.
The widespread presence of distributors throughout the European Union, and beyond, has given to BORGHI company the opportunity to grow and show its know-how and professionalism.
Mechanical processing is carried out inside the company where the most advanced technologies are used (laser cutting, automatic bending, sheet metal punching, plasma cutting from pipe and sheet metal, automated sheet metal warehouse).
Machines, structures and elements are made in cold galvanization, hot galvanization, AISI 304 stainless steel, or with epoxy powder coating depending on the product type to be stored and transported and on the customer’s request.
BORGHI company has an important area dedicated to warehouse, material ready for packing, with three distinct packing areas dedicated to piping, machinery and silos packing.
BORGHI gravity piping
One of the sectors, in which BORGHI company has specialized, since the early years of activity, is, undoubtedly, the construction of iron piping in epoxy fired powders painting, in galvanized steel and in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The company owns inside more than 30 certified machines dedicated to automatically cutting, welding, edging, which offers an excellent product quality and finish.
As for all other machines of its own manufacture, BORGHI has dedicated a covered area of buildings to warehouse to give customers the possibility of a quick and effective delivery time from the order entry, taking care of the packaging and shipping in the smallest details.

Since 2010, BORGHI company has also built the sampling probe inside the factory, a machine of utmost importance in any grain collection center as it gives customers the opportunity to evaluate all the characteristics of the sampled product just harvested from the field.
