Il futuro è dietro l’angolo e il prossimo passo di COLINES è il lancio della linea MS, in grado di gestire 24 confezioni al minuto
COLINES è pronta a svelare la nuova arrivata nella famiglia ALLWrapper, ovvero la versione MS (medium speed), in grado di raggiungere la velocità di 24 confezioni al minuto. La linea è stata finalizzata ed è pronta per test specifici con i clienti.
“Negli ultimi 12 mesi, abbiamo utilizzato i principali eventi del settore per mostrare le nostre macchine ALLWrapper”, spiega Marcello Baruffo, Project Manager presso COLINES®. “Abbiamo evidenziato le loro caratteristiche tecniche rivoluzionarie e la loro elevata flessibilità d’uso, adattandosi alle esigenze di imballaggio secondario di una vasta gamma di prodotti nell’industria della distribuzione al dettaglio. Un momento importante è stata la nostra partecipazione alla fiera Interpack, una novità per COLINES®, dove abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di approfondire le discussioni iniziate alla fiera K. Ora siamo pronti a presentare significative innovazioni alla prossima Anuga FoodTec a Colonia nel 2024”.
Il futuro, come già accennato, è dietro l’angolo e, per COLINES®, il prossimo passo nel progetto ALLWrapper coinvolge il lancio della linea MS, in grado di gestire 24 confezioni al minuto. “Concretamente”, spiega Marcello Baruffo, “raddoppiare la velocità di lavorazione ci consente di soddisfare le richieste di determinati segmenti dell’industria delle bevande, come i succhi di frutta, che hanno velocità più lente di riempimento dei contenitori e, di conseguenza, capacità di produzione che non sono ancora ai massimi livelli. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti tecnici, l’ALLWrapper® MS beneficia dello stesso sistema di pre-stretch e di distribuzione della pellicola utilizzato nel modello AllWrapper® LS, ma implementando un processo di incarto continuo, otteniamo il doppio della capacità produttiva. Il sistema di incarto continuo presenta un controllo brevettato dello spaziamento tra le confezioni, garantendo una copertura adeguata dei bordi e un sistema di taglio che opera entro tempi molto limitati grazie a masse in movimento estremamente ridotte, consentendo velocità di esecuzione estremamente elevate. Il sistema di taglio è estremamente innovativo in termini di semplicità ed efficacia ed è attualmente in fase di brevettazione. Sviluppi futuri includono la linea HS (alta velocità), che miriamo ad avere operativa e pronta per il mercato nel 2024”.

COLINES is ready to unveil their latest generation ALLWrapper MS (stays for medium speed), able to reach the speed of 24 packs per minute. The line has been finalized and is ready for specific test with customers.
“Over the past 12 months, we have utilized the major industry events to showcase our ALLWrapper machines,” explains Marcello Baruffo, Project Manager at COLINES®. “We have highlighted their revolutionary technical features and their high flexibility of use, adapting to the secondary packaging needs of a wide variety of products in the retail industry. An important moment was our participation in the Interpack trade fair, a first for COLINES®, where we had the opportunity to build upon and delve deeper into the discussions started at the K Fair. Now we are ready to present significant innovations at the next Anuga FoodTec in Cologne in 2024.”
The future, as mentioned, is just around the corner, and for COLINES®, the next step in the ALLWrapper project involves launching the MS line, capable of handling 24 packs per minute. “In concrete terms,” explains Marcello Baruffo, “doubling the processing speed allows us to meet the demands of certain segments in the beverage industry, such as fruit juices, which have slower container filling rates and, consequently, production capacities that are not yet at their maximum levels. In terms of technical aspects, the ALLWrapper® MS benefits from the same pre-stretch and film delivery system used in the AllWrapper® LS model, but by implementing a continuous wrapping process, we achieve double the production capacity. The continuous wrapping system features a patented control of the spacing between packs, ensuring proper coverage of the edges, and a cutting system that operates within very limited time frames thanks to extremely reduced moving masses, enabling extremely high execution speeds. The cutting system is extremely innovative in terms of simplicity and effectiveness and is currently undergoing the patenting process. Future developments include the HS line (high speed), which we aim to have operational and ready for the market in 2024.”
