Leader nel settore delle valvole e dei componenti per il trasporto pneumatico e il dosaggio di prodotti in polvere e granulari, Olocco ha una forte posizione di mercato in Europa, Asia, Medio Oriente, Sud e Centro America.
Fondata da Mario Olocco nel 1970, nel 2010 viene rilevata dai figli Umberto e Andreana, e oggi conta 30 dipendenti e un fatturato di circa 9 milioni di euro nel 2022.
Una realtà che entra a far parte della VDL Groep BV, gruppo a conduzione famigliare con sede nella regione di Eindhoven Brainport, Paesi Bassi. Fondata nel 1953, dal 2017 la terza generazione della famiglia Van der Leegte è alla guida del gruppo con oltre 16.000 dipendenti, operante in 19 paesi, grazie a oltre 100 società operative manifatturiere in diversi campi di specializzazione. Nel 2021 le vendite annuali combinate sono state pari a 4,995 miliardi di euro.
Umberto rimane dirigente e amministratore delegato dell’azienda che sarà ribattezzata VDL Olocco, la quale è diventata la 107 società operativa del gruppo. In azienda rimarrà attiva anche Andreana in qualità di responsabile amministrativa.

Umberto remains manager and managing director of the company which will be renamed VDL Olocco, which has become the 107th operating company of the group. Andreana will also remain active in the company as administrative manager.
