NPG è la nuova serie di unità polivalenti per la produzione contemporanea e indipendente di acqua calda e fredda che Aermec ha progettato con il refrigerante a basso impatto ambientale R32. Questo refrigerante presenta un valore di indice GWP nettamente inferiore rispetto a quelli tradizionali che, abbinato ad una minore quantità necessaria al funzionamento, permette all’unità NPG di concorrere attivamente alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente.
L’unità NPG è disponibile sia per impianti a 2 tubi che 4 tubi, permettendo di rispondere alle diverse esigenze impiantistiche. La versione a 4 tubi, per esempio, risulta essere la soluzione ideale per il settore food & beverage e industriale in genere perché permette di soddisfare simultaneamente la differente richiesta delle varie fasi che compongono il processo o dei diversi locali di cui è composta la struttura.
L’unità NPG garantisce continuità di funzionamento fino a -15°C d’aria esterna nella stagione invernale e fino a 49 °C nella stagione estiva, mentre la massima temperatura d’acqua calda è pari a 60°C. L’unità multifunzione è bicircuito, con configurazione tandem o trio dei compressori scroll, garantendo sia una maggiore efficienza ai carichi parziali sia una maggiore continuità di funzionamento anche in caso di manutenzione di uno dei circuiti.
La possibilità di prevedere, da configuratore, il gruppo idronico integrato sia sul lato utenza che sul lato recupero, permette di facilitarne l’installazione. La serie NPG presentando, di serie, la valvola di espansione elettronica per ogni circuito e il controllo elettronico di condensazione, consente di:
• Ottenere modulazioni di potenza in tempi più rapidi, minimizzando le pendolazioni della macchina (concordemente alla presenza del corretto contenuto d’acqua come indicato da manuale)
• Riduzione dei consumi legati alla ventilazione, durante il funzionamento a freddo, mediante una modulazione della portata dell’aria con un miglioramento in emissioni sonore.
La serie NPG è dotata inoltre di software di controllo a microprocessore, che si articola mediante l’impiego del touch screen, disponibile di serie, risultando di facile utilizzo ed intuitivo, permettendo di navigare fra le varie schermate e menù, controllando il funzionamento dell’unità ed impostando i parametri operativi dell’unità.
Il range di potenza risulta essere ampio: potenza frigorifera da 200 a 650 kW e potenza termica da 200 a 670 kW. Inoltre, NPG se munita di opportuni accessori consente di accedere agli incentivi Industria 4.0.

Aermec has designed NPG, the new series of multipurpose units for the contemporary and independent production of hot and cold water, with the low environmental impact refrigerant R32
NPG is the new series of multipurpose units for the contemporary and independent production of hot and cold water that Aermec has designed with the low environmental impact refrigerant R32. This refrigerant has a GWP index value that is significantly lower than traditional ones. Combined with a lower gas charge necessary for operation, it allows the NPG unit to actively contribute and protect the environment.
The NPG unit is available for both 2-pipe and 4-pipe systems, allowing it to meet different system needs. The 4-pipe version, for example, is the ideal solution for food & beverage and industrial sectors: it can simultaneously satisfy the different requests of the various process phases or the different spaces of the facility.
The NPG units guarantees operational continuity up to -15°C of external air in the winter season and up to 49°C in the summer season, while the maximum hot water temperature is equal to 60°C. The multifunction unit is dual-circuit, with a tandem or trio configuration of the scroll compressors, meaning greater efficiency at partial loads and greater operational continuity even in case of maintenance on one of the circuits.
Through the configurator, the possibility of providing, the hydronic group integrated both on the user side and on the recovery side makes the installation easier. The NPG series is equipped, as standard, with the electronic expansion valve for each circuit and with the electronic condensation control, allowing to:
• Obtain power modulations more quickly, minimizing machine oscillations (in accordance with the presence of the correct water content as indicated in the manual)
• Reduce the ventilation consumption during cold operation, through the modulation of the air flow rate with an improvement in noise emissions.
The NPG series is equipped also with a microprocessor control software, available as standard. The system has a user-friendly touch screen that makes intuitive the navigation between the various screens and menus, controlling the operation of the unit and setting its operating parameters.
The power range of the NPG series is wide: cooling power from 200 to 650 kW and heating power from 200 to 670 kW. Furthermore, if the unit is equipped with appropriate accessories, it allows the access to the incentives of Industry 4.0.
