Oltre l’aria calda
Leister è conosciuta per le soluzioni ad aria cada, una fonte di calore efficiente, pulita e apprezzata in diversi segmenti industriali. Ma la gamma Leister va oltre, comprendendo le soluzioni di riscaldamento a infrarosso KRELUS.
I pannelli Krelus sono caratterizzati da altissima efficienza energetica (fino al 90% dell’energia utilizzata si traduce in effetto utile sul materiale da scaldare) e bassissima inerzia termica (accensione e spegnimento in tempi rapidissimi). Emettono radiazione prevalentemente nel campo delle onde medie, campo di assorbimento preferenziale dei materiali plastici, carta e acqua; trovano quindi impiego in diverse industrie, compreso naturalmente il packaging alimentare.

Le soluzioni ad aria calda sono le più conosciute del catalogo Leister; presso lo stand Leister i visitatori potranno trovare alcuni dei riscaldatori ad aria calda maggiormente apprezzati, come MISTRAL, HOTWIND e le gamme LE e LHS.

La novità di maggior rilievo esposta a Mecspe sarà la soffiante a pressione CHINOOK.
CHINOOK può funzionare con aria a temperature fino a 350°C, con un risparmio di energia fino al 70% e conseguente notevole riduzione dell’impronta di carbonio.
Ottimo isolamento, materiali di eccezionale robustezza e solidità progettuale e costruttiva permettono a CHINOOK di garantire a lungo prestazioni affidabili e costanti nel tempo anche in presenza di forti carichi termici. Le necessità di manutenzione pressoché inesistenti la rendono ideale per l’utilizzo in continuo.
Adatta a una grande varietà di processi produttivi, CHINOOK funziona particolarmente bene abbinata ai riscaldatori d’aria Leister LHS 210 SF-R, LHS 210 DF-R, LHS 410 SF-R e LHS 410 DF-R. I benefici che CHINOOK è in grado di offrire sono pienamente fruibili nei processi in cui l’aria calda è riutilizzabile in quanto priva di contaminanti o rilevanti percentuali di umidità. Beyond hot air
Leister is known for its hot air solutions, an efficient, clean and popular source of heat in various industrial segments. But the Leister range goes further, including KRELUS infrared heating solutions.
Krelus panels are characterised by very high energy efficiency (up to 90% of the energy used is translated into a useful effect on the material to be heated) and very low thermal inertia (very fast switching on and off). They emit radiation predominantly in the medium-wave range, the preferential absorption field of plastics, paper and water; they are therefore used in various industries, including of course food packaging.

The most important new product on show at Mecspe will be the CHINOOK pressure blower.
CHINOOK can operate with air at temperatures of up to 350°C, saving up to 70 per cent energy and significantly reducing the carbon footprint.
