PND: A new system for processing pineapples in Taiwan
The pineapple offers an increasingly segmental product, which lends itself to both fresh consumption and other types of processing.
PND, a leading manufacturer of fruit-processing machinery, is working tirelessly to install a dedicated pineapple processing plant in Taiwan by June. This system, which can process up to two and a half tonnes per hour, employing a total of only 9 operators, is composed of two machines: the PL4D peeling-coring machine and the SS8 cutting machine.
The intuitive, user-friendly, manual-feed, semi-automatic PL4D peeling-coring machine has a productive capacity of 24/28 fruits per hour. The double-adjustment product and blade rotation enable all fruits to be peeled, even if they are uneven and irregular, achieving a 55% yield, without affecting their nutritional and organoleptic integrity. The machine is equipped with two conveyor belts; one for the peeled product and one for the rejects, with inspection and product certification counters, and a reject chute. Its food-grade stainless steel structure also guarantees maximum durability and hygiene in the processing area.
Aligning perfectly with the PL4D, the SS8 universal segmenting and cutting machine guarantees the production of 40 fruits per minute. This is a semi-automatic machine, which enables quality cutting, in various shapes (slices, wedges, cubes, depending on production demands) and sizes, made possible by the option to replace cutters and plungers. The operator only has to load the fruit, as the automatic mechanism pushes it through the cutters, producing the desired form, which is then collected on the appropriate output belt for packaging.
While one of the first systems in Taiwan, this is not an innovation, as the pineapple production lines have already been tried and tested by several customers around the world (Australia, Europe, America, India, Asia and Africa); in fact, PND boasts more than 170 of them for peeling pineapples and melons.

PND: تجهيزات جديدة لتصنيع الأناناس في تايوان
يعتبر الأناناس منتج ذو قطاع متواصل التوسع فهو يصلح للاستهلاك سواء بشكله الطازج وسواء بأشكال المصنعة أخرى.
PND هي شركة رائدة في مجال انتاج ماكينات تصنيع الفاكهة. منذ شهر يونيو، تعمل الشركة دون توقف على تركيب مصنع مخصص للأناناس في تايوان. يقوم هذا المصنع المذكور أخيرا على تصنيع ومعالجة ما يصل إلى طنين ونصف من الأناناس في الساعة، وذلك بالاستعانة بشكل إجمالي لتسعة مشغلين فقط، وهو يتكون من ماكينتين: ماكينة التقشير وإزالة القشرة PL4D وماكينة التقطيع SS8.
تتميز ماكينة التقشير PL4D شبه الأوتوماتيكية، التي يتم تغذيتها يدوياً، ببداهتها وسهولة استخدامها وبقدرة إنتاجية تبلغ 28/24 ثمرة في الدقيقة. تسمح خاصية التعديل المزدوج لدوران المنتج والشفرة على تقشير جميع أنواع الفاكهة، حتى لو كانت غير متساوية وغير منتظمة، وذلك دون التأثير على سلامتها الغذائية والحسية وبتحقيق عائد بنسبة %55. إن الماكينة مزودة بحزامين ناقلين، أحدهما للمنتج المقشر والآخر للمخلفات ومجهزة بعدادات مراقبة واعتماد المنتج وبالإضافة إلى مزلق للمخلفات. وبفضل بنيتها المصنوعة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ فهي تضمن الحد الأقصى قدر من المتانة والنظافة في بيئة التصنيع.
تضمن أيضاً ماكينة التقطيع ونزع اللحاء الشاملة SS8، والتي تتماشى كلياُ مع ماكينة PL4D، إنتاج 40 ثمرة في الدقيقة. فهي ماكينة شبه أوتوماتيكية، تسمح بإنجاز عملية تقطيع عالية الجودة وبأشكال وأحجام مختلفة (شرائح، أسافين، مكعبات، حسب متطلبات الإنتاج)، وذلك بفضل امكانية استبدال القواطع والمكابس. إذ يتوجب على المشغل فقط تحميل الفاكهة، بحيث تقوم الآلية الأوتوماتيكية بدفعها عبر القواطع لإنتاج الشكل المطلوب، وبالتالي يتم تجميعهم على حزام الإخراج المناسب للتغليف.
وعلى الرغم من أن هذا النظام هو أحد الأنظمة الأولى في تايوان، فهو لا يعتبر ابتكار جديد، لأنه في الواقع قد تم تجربة واختبار خطوط إنتاج الأناناس مسبقاً من قبل العديد من العملاء في جميع أنحاء العالم (أستراليا، أوروبا، أمريكا، الهند، آسيا وأفريقيا)؛ ففي الحقيقة، تفتخر شركة PND بأكثر من 170 ماكينة لتقشير الأناناس والبطيخ.
وبفضل التعدد المذهل لجوانبها واستخداماتها وسهولة استعمالها ودمجها في عمليات الإنتاج والصيانة وخدمة العملاء الفعالة والسريعة، فهي لا تسمح فقط بخفض التكاليف، بل تعمل أيضاً على تحسين النتائج.
