مؤخرًا، سلمت شركة أكوماج “AKOMAG” لمجموعة بيبسيكو “PepsiCo” الماكينة الجديدة المتخصصة في غسيل الزجاجات المصنوعة من الزجاج القابل للتدوير وذات الإنتاجية العالية، وركبتها، واختبرتها.
أدركت ماكينة غسيل الزجاجات من طراز“Hydra 8.2” والتي تبلغ سرعتها 37500 زجاجة في الساعة، كفاءة ميكانيكية تعادل %99,4، وبذلك تجاوزت الشركة وبعلامات كاملة كافة “المعايير” التي طلبها العميل في مرحلة التعاقد وأثبتت نفسها مرة أخرى كواحدة من الشركات الرائدة على الصعيد الدولي في ميدان تصنيع ماكينات غسيل الزجاجات المصنوعة من الزجاج.
وصُممت ماكينات غسيل الزجاجات “HYDRA 8.2” تصميمًا ملائمًا من شأنه أن يقلل، إلى الحد الأدنى، التأثير على البيئة مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص باستهلاك المياه والبخار، ومدة غسيل التنظيف. وتشتمل عملية التنظيف، المؤتمتة بالكامل، على الرش الذي يسبق غسيل الزجاجات، والغسيل المزدوج الذي يسبق النقع، وذلك بغرض تقليل التلوث الناجم عن غسيل النقع وتقليل استهلاك الطاقة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، رُكب مرشح (فلتر) مزود بسير في المنطقة المخصصة لمرحلة ما قبل النقع لإزالة الشوائب الرئيسية التي توجد في الزجاجات التي ستخضع لإعادة التدوير (القش، والورق، وأعقاب السجائر) أوتوماتيكيًا.
يُستكمل غسيل الزجاجات بالرش الداخلي والخارجي بمنظف عالي الضغط يوزع باستخدام فوهات دوارة ذاتية التنظيف والتمركز؛ بيد أنه عند الشطف الكامل، تُجرى سلسلة من عمليات الرش (بدرجة حرارة متناقصة) التي ترافق الزجاجات في مرحلة الشطف النهائي بمياه الشبكة.
تركز شركة أكوماج بالفعل على الرش الذي يأخذ مساره خلال عملية الشطف النهائية (الذي تغذيه، كما ذُكر آنفًا، مياه الشبكة)؛ فقد سمحت الاحتياطات التي اتخذت أثناء مرحلة التصميم ببلوغ نتائج غير عادية. وبتركيب صمام خاص مزود بعداد تدفق يُركب على أنبوب التغذية (الذي تتحكم به لوحة تحكم) بات من الممكن تخفيض الاستخدام الفوري واليومي من المياه الضرورية للغسيل الصحيح للزجاجات.
وبرضا كامل، تؤكد شركة أكوماج أنها، بفطنتها التصميمية، أدركت مستوى استهلاك للمياه مساوٍ لـ 0,098 لتر/ للزجاجة، أي أقل من القيمة التي فرضها العميل بصرامة خلال مرحلة التعاقد.
وتستكمل المعدات والسمات التالية الجهاز: مجسات الإبطاء والإيقاف في حالة عدم وجود زجاجات فوق السيور الناقلة أو إعاقتها، ومزامنة سرعة ماكينة غسيل الزجاجات مع سرعة المجمع الأحادي للملء، والتحكم في المنظف والإضافات وإدخالهم إلى حوض الغسيل وكذا التحكم في مواد الاحتجاز والمطهرات وإدخالها إلى أحواض الرش، والمرشحات ذاتية التنظيف في الأحواض، ومزامنة تحميل الزجاجات وتفريغها الآليين مزامنة ممتازة مع حركة السلسلة الرئيسية.

Recently, the company has delivered, installed and tested a new machine intended for washing recycled glass bottles. The machine for the PepsiCo Group is a Hydra 8.2, characterised by very high production: 37,500 bottle/h. The new model, the pride of mechanical Made in Italy, reaches a mechanical efficiency equal to 99.4%, successfully exceeding the standards required by the customer in the contractual phase. With this new provision, Akomag confirms itself once again as world leader in the construction of glass bottle washers. The bottle washer has been specially designed in order to minimise the environmental impact, with particular attention to water and steam consumptions, and to the duration of the detergent bath. The completely automated wash cycle includes an initial bottle-emptying station followed by a pre-wash spraying and first pre-soak bath that significantly reduces detergent bath pollution and markedly decreases consumption levels. In the pre-soak area the project also provides for the installation of a belt filter that allows to automatically remove the main impurities typical of recycled bottles (straws, paper, cigarette butts, for instance). The washing of bottles is completed with the internal and external high-pressure detergent wash sprays, using self-cleaning and self-centring rotating nozzles.
In designing Hydra 8.2, Akomag has focused on the final rinsing sprays using mains water. The expedients developed during the design stage have allowed to achieve extraordinary results. By installing a special valve with integrated flow meter on the mains pipe (controlled directly by the control panel), it is possible to detect the instantaneous and daily water consumption required for the proper washing of the bottles. With pride and satisfaction, Akomag technicians declare that thanks to the new design the new machine has a water consumption equal to 0.098 litres per bottle. A lower value than rigidly imposed in contractual phase by the customer. The supply is completed with many other technological innovations, including sensors for slowing down or stopping the machine in case of missing or clogging of the bottles on the conveyor belts; synchronization systems of the bottle washer speed with that of the filling monobloc; control and introduction of detergent and additives in the washing bath and of sequestrants/ disinfectants in the spray tanks; self-cleaning filters in the tanks; automatic bottle loading and unloading, perfectly synchronized with the movement of the main chain.
