ALTECH offre una vasta gamma di sistemi di etichettatura per diversi settori industriali. Nello specifico, per il settore alimentare di recente è stato realizzato un sistema automatico per l’etichettatura avvolgente di prodotti quali salumi e insaccati di forma cilindrica prodotti da un’azienda alimentare tedesca.
Il sistema fornito basato sul modello ALline C, equipaggiato con una testata etichettatrice ALritma M, riceve i prodotti su un convogliatore a rulli orizzontali (in questo caso a larghezza maggiorata) e grazie al dispositivo di rotolamento l’etichetta erogata viene fatta aderire perfettamente alla superficie dei salumi. Il dispositivo di rotolamento è facilmente regolabile poiché i prodotti sono di tre 3 diverse dimensioni, con 3 differenti formati di etichette.
Nel complesso il cambio formato risulta estremamente semplice da eseguire. Il sistema è equipaggiato con un micro marcatore inkjet per la stampa di dati ripetitivi, in questo caso le date di scadenza. Il dispositivo viene adattato sulla testata etichettatrice grazie a un particolare supporto per gruppi stampa di terzi. I salumi vengono etichettati a una cadenza di 80/min. per quanto riguarda i formati più piccoli, mentre per i formati più grandi il ritmo di produzione è circa la metà.

ALTECH offers a wide range of labelling systems for different industrial sectors. Specifically, for the food sector, it has recently been created an automatic system for the wraparound labelling of products such as cold cuts and cylindrical shape sausages produced by a German food company.
The system is based on the ALline C model, equipped with an ALritma M labelling head. It receives the products on a widened horizontal rollers conveyor and perfectly applies the dispensed labels onto the salami surface by means of a rolling device that can be easily adjusted as the products come in 3 different shapes, with 3 different label sizes. Format changes are generally extremely easy to perform.
The system is fitted with a micro inkjet marker for printing repetitive data, in this case sell-by dates. The device is adapted to the labelling head thanks to a special support for third-party printing units. Salamis and sausages are labelled at a speed of 80/min. for small formats and at approximately half this speed for larger formats.
