Sistema di etichettatura versatile, compatto e adattabile a differenti esigenze di etichettatura
Il sistema di etichettatura ALbelt, di ALtech, può assumere una notevole varietà di configurazioni, ma ciò che accumuna ogni etichettatrice di questa serie è la compattezza e l’economicità. Il sistema è caratterizzato da una robusta struttura a traliccio aperto (verniciata in grigio, o inox in opzione), con il convogliatore in profili di alluminio e nastro trasportatore a tappeto, che permette combinazioni di lunghezza e larghezza quasi illimitate. È motorizzato da un moderno e compatto motore brushless, e può essere equipaggiato con le teste etichettatrici della gamma ALTECH (ALstep, ALritma, ALcode) fornite anche con stampanti per personalizzare le etichette con dati variabili.
Una delle tipiche configurazioni della serie ALbelt è la C – prevede una specifica dotazione di dispositivi aggiuntivi che rendono ALbelt adatto all’etichettatura avvolgente di prodotti cilindrici. Questa configurazione è stata specificatamente studiata per le produzioni medio basse di prodotti confezionati in vasetti, barattoli, lattine o flaconi cilindrici, tipicamente prodotti alimentari o cosmetici.
La struttura compatta, e il costo ridotto, rendono questa configurazione adatta per quelle aziende in cui la produzione è ancora poco automatizzata, e che richiedono il carico manuale dei prodotti. Per esigenze di produttività elevata, è invece presente nella gamma ALTECH la serie ALline, specificatamente studiata per l’etichettatura di flaconi cilindrici direttamente in linea di confezionamento.

Wrap-around labelling
Versatile and compact labelling system, adaptable to different labelling requirements
ALtech’s Albelt labelling system can take on a remarkable variety of configurations, but what each labeller in this range has in common is its compact size and low operating costs. The system features a robust open lattice structure (painted grey, or stainless steel as an option), with the conveyor made from aluminium profiles and a conveyor belt, allowing for virtually unlimited length and width combinations. It is driven by a compact modern brushless motor, and can be equipped with ALTECH’s range of labelling heads (ALstep, ALritma, Alcode), also supplied with printers to customise the labels with variable data.
One of the typical configurations of the ALbelt range is the C model, featuring a specific set of additional devices which make ALbelt suitable for wrap-around labelling of cylindrical products. This configuration has been specifically designed for medium-low production volumes of products packaged in cylindrical bottles, cans, jars or pots, typically food products or cosmetics.
The compact structure and reduced cost make this configuration ideal for companies whose production is still minimally automated, and which require manual loading of products. For high productivity requirements, ALTECH’s range includes the ALline series, specifically designed for labelling of cylindrical bottles directly on the production line.
