BBM Service continua a scommettere sulla Valle Brembana e amplia il proprio stabilimento a Lenna sfidando la crisi

Quello in corso non è un anno facile a livello economico, e non solo, ma l’azienda ce la sta mettendo tutta per non fermarsi e trovare sempre nuove opportunità lavorative. I primi risultati stanno già arrivando, sottolineando l’importanza strategica di avere un amministratore lungimirante che scommette sui propri dipendenti, sulla loro formazione e la loro crescita continua.
“Bisogna continuare a investire e crescere anche nei momenti più difficili, non si può aspettare che tutto passi, bisogna essere promotori del cambiamento e dello sviluppo” – queste le parole dell’amministratore delegato Giuseppe Boffelli.
La scelta di aprire uno stabilimento in una zona logisticamente più comoda sarebbe stata la scelta più ovvia, ma BBM Service vuole continuare a crescere in Valle Brembana, ecco perché ha deciso di ampliare il proprio stabilimento produttivo a Lenna. Il nuovo ampliamento dello stabilimento consentirà di crescere ulteriormente in termini di volumi e parco clienti, tutto questo porterà nuovo lavoro anche in Valle Brembana. L’obiettivo è di aumentare di un ulteriore 25% la produttività dell’azienda nei prossimi due anni, con un conseguente aumento anche del numero dei propri dipendenti; si stima di arrivare a tripla cifra entro l’anno 2022.
“Per la nostra azienda investire nel territorio rimane un valore importante, per questo abbiamo deciso di continuare a crescere a Lenna offrendo nuove opportunità lavorative in diversi comparti d’impiego.” – continua Boffelli – “Se vogliamo crescere come azienda, non dobbiamo guardare solo alla nostra realtà ma dobbiamo contribuire allo sviluppo anche di chi ci sta attorno. Dobbiamo e vogliamo produrre valore non solo per quanto concerna BBM ma anche per le realtà territoriali della zona.”
Da qui la scelta di affidarsi per i lavori ad imprese locali che si occuperanno dell’ampliamento dell’attuale sede produttiva. L’ampliamento sarà su due livelli per un totale di circa 2600 mq in più di superficie. Un investimento importante che si è reso necessario in quanto il vecchio stabilimento aveva ormai raggiunto la piena saturazione degli spazi.
Questo investimento si aggiunge a quello già terminato nel 2014, che aveva portato alla realizzazione di un ampliamento di circa 1200 mq. Come per il precedente progetto, anche quello in corso, avrà un occhio di riguardo alle tematiche ambientali. Verranno installati pannelli fotovoltaici sul tetto del capannone e riscaldamento a pavimento al suo interno, permettendo così di raggiungere un’elevata classe energetica.
La progettazione di questo ampliamento ha cercato di tener conto anche dell’estetica stessa dell’edificio per non intaccare la bellezza rurale della Valle. È stata data quindi molta importanza anche all’attenzione architettonica, tenendo conto dell’armonia dei volumi.

The current year is not an easy year in economic terms, and not only that, but the company is trying hard not to stop and always find new job opportunities. The decision to open a plant in a more logistically convenient area would have been the obvious choice, but BBM Service wants to continue to grow in the Brembana Valley, that’s why it decided to expand its production plant in Lenna. The new expansion of the plant will allow to further grow in terms of volumes and number of customers, all this will bring new work also in the Brembana Valley. The goal is to increase the company’s productivity by a further 25% over the next two years, with a consequent increase in the number of its employees as well; it is estimated to reach triple figures by the year 2022.

Therefore, the choice to entrust the work to local companies that will take care of the enlargement of the current production site. The extension will be on two levels for a total of about 2600 square meters more. An important investment that was necessary because the old plant had now reached full saturation of space.
This investment is in addition to the one already completed in 2014, which had led to the construction of an expansion of about 1200 square meters. As for the previous project, also the current one will have special consideration for environmental issues. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the warehouse and underfloor heating inside, allowing to reach a high energy class.
The design of this extension has also tried to take into account the aesthetics of the building itself in order not to affect the rural beauty of the Valley. Therefore, great importance was also given to the architectural attention, taking into account the harmony of the volumes.
