Il team di tecnici di BBM Service ha smontato una linea di imbottigliamento di acqua da 16.000 bph in soli due giorni per il cliente Bracca Acque Minerali S.p.a., famosa azienda produttrice di acque e bevande in provincia di Bergamo, mantenendo al contempo un’elevata qualità e precisione del servizio offerto.
L’ufficio tecnico di BBM si è occupato dell’audit tecnico per definire e pianificare le diverse fasi del progetto, valutando rischi, tempi e il numero di tecnici necessari per le varie attività, proponendo poi il Gantt al cliente per approvazione finale. Per questo progetto BBM ha messo in campo 36 tecnici dipendenti che hanno lavorato in continuo, 24 ore su 24, alternandosi in due squadre. Prima dello smontaggio conservativo i tecnici hanno effettuato il backup dei software di tutte le macchine per assicurarsi di non perdere nessun dato. Hanno poi iniziato a eseguire le operazioni di disconnessione e disaccoppiamento dei macchinari, separando le singole macchine che componevano la linea, per poi proseguire con l’effettivo smantellamento dei nastri, macchinari e di tutti i componenti. Tutta l’attrezzatura e i macchinari sono stati debitamente imballati, a seconda delle dimensioni, in apposite gabbie o casse di legno costruite su misura in loco.
Il reparto di logistica di BBM si è poi occupato della gestione dei trasporti e dei mezzi di movimentazione, per il progetto hanno utilizzato 4 muletti, 1 piattaforma aerea, 1 gru frontale, oltre ad un camion standard e uno con permessi eccezionali.
In soli due giorni BBM è riuscita a smontare la linea, dalla soffiatrice fino al pallettizzatore; movimentando in tutto 7 macchinari, oltre ai nastri ad aria, ai trasportatori bottiglie e fardelli e a tutta l’attrezzatura accessoria. Occupandosi in prima persona anche dello smaltimento dei rifiuti e della pulizia del capannone.
Smontare una linea e movimentare tutti i macchinari, richiede un enorme impiego di tempo e di risorse; occorre avere personale dedicato e specializzato che possa seguire le diverse fasi del progetto e che possa organizzare tutta la logistica e i dettagli tecnici relativi allo spostamento delle macchine. Esternalizzare questa attività, rivolgendosi ad un’azienda che garantisca che il lavoro venga svolto rispettando il Gantt precedentemente condiviso è indispensabile. BBM Service’s technicians dismantled a 16,000 bph water bottling line in just two days for customer Bracca Acque Minerali S.p.A., a famous water and beverage company in Bergamo hinterland, while maintaining the high quality and precision of service provided.
BBM’s technical department took care of the technical audit to define and plan the different phases of the project, assessing risks, times and the number of technicians required for the different activities, then proposing the Gantt to the client for final approval. For this project, BBM involved 36 technicians who worked continuously, 24 /24 hours, alternating in two teams. Before preservative disassembly, the technicians backed up the software of all the machines to ensure no data was lost. They then started to disconnect and decouple the machines, separating the individual machines that made up the line, and then proceeded with the actual dismantling of the conveyors, machinery and all components. All equipment and machinery was duly packed, depending on size, in special cages or wooden crates custom built on site. BBM’s logistics department then took care of the transport management and handling equipment, for the project they used 4 forklifts, 1 aerial platform, 1 front end crane, as well as a standard truck and one with exceptional permits.
In just two days, BBM was able to dismantle the line, from the blow moulder to the palletizer; moving a total of 7 machines, as well as the air, bottle and bundle conveyors and all ancillary equipment. They also took care of the waste disposal, in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Dismantling a line and moving all machinery requires an enormous amount of time and resources. Dedicated and specialised personnel are needed to follow the different stages of the project and to organise all the logistics and technical details relating to the moving of the machinery.
