Sono molteplici le soluzioni che un’azienda operante nel settore della movimentazione, dell’incartonamento e del fine linea, può offrire ai suoi clienti. Ma per individuare e realizzare quale sia la più adeguata, è fondamentale mettere in pratica un processo fondamentale, di analisi e di studio. Per farlo, ci vuole competenza tecnica del settore, capacità di analisi, ed esperienza per trasformare il progetto in realtà: in questo modo, lavorando in profonda sinergia con il cliente, Bondani è riuscita a rispondere alle esigenze di movimentazione più problematiche e complesse.
“Uno dei progetti recenti più difficili ma al tempo stesso più gratificanti – ricorda il titolare Alessio Bondani – è stato quello che abbiamo realizzato per un’importante azienda alimentare che ha deciso, facendo un investimento significativo, per automatizzare una linea di yogurt in vasetti di vetro, che fino a quel momento era quasi completamente manuale”.
L’intervento di automatizzazione della linea ha dovuto tener conto di alcune criticità, quali: il poco spazio a disposizione e il pavimento con portate limitate.
“Abbiamo svolto un enorme lavoro di studio e analisi tecnica, insieme al cliente – sottolinea il titolare di Bondani S.r.l – per capire dove andare ad allocare le macchine per cercare di distribuire al meglio il peso ma mantenendo sempre l’obiettivo di ottimizzare il flusso produttivo dell’azienda”.
L’impianto realizzato prevede la meccanizzazione di tutto il flusso di lavoro: dal depallettizzatore automatico dei vasetti vuoti, ai nastri di trasporto di collegamento alle macchine riempitrici, dalla formatrice delle scatole di cartone, al sistema pick & place con robot antropomorfo di riempimento delle scatole, e l’isola automatica di palettizzazione di queste ultime. Un investimento importante, un progetto complesso e di grande impatto, che ha portato ad un notevole incremento della capacità produttiva dell’azienda. “Un risultato che siamo riusciti ad ottenere grazie al coinvolgimento e allo scambio continuo tra cliente e fornitore – evidenza Alessio Bondani – perché da una parte chi conduce da anni la linea ci ha dato suggerimenti e indicazioni e dall’altra la nostra esperienza e competenza hanno permesso di trovare la giusta soluzione risolvendo le problematiche incontrate.
A oggi la linea automatizzata è completamente operativa ed il cliente è autonomo nella sua conduzione.
“Ma il lavoro non è terminato: – conclude Bondani – siamo sempre operativi per migliorare ulteriormente la linea secondo le esigenze del cliente. È il modo in cui lavoriamo, ed è il modo in cui riusciamo ad ottenere i migliori risultati, per noi e per i nostri clienti”.
Synergistic approach to guarantee the best solutions
Working in close collaboration with its customers, Bondani has always been able to respond to the most complex handling requirements
There are plenty of solutions that a company operating in the handling, cartoning and end-of-line industry can offer to its customers. However, to identify and develop the most suitable option, it is essential to put into practice an appropriate process of analysis and study. It takes a high degree of technical expertise to do that as well as analytical skills and the relevant know-how to transform the project into reality: working in close collaboration with the customer, Bondani has been able to respond to the most complex handling requirements. “One of the most difficult yet most rewarding projects we have carried out so far – says the owner Alessio Bondani – was the one we realized for an important food company that decided to automatize a line of yoghurt in glass jars, which up to that moment was mostly manual, making a significant investment.” The automation of the line had to take into consideration some critical aspects, such as the lack of space and limited floor loading capacity. “We have done an amazing job of technical analysis together with the customer – underlines the owner of Bondani S.r.l – to figure out where to place the machines and distribute the weight in the best way but always trying to optimise the company’s production flow”. We have developed a system that provides for the mechanization of the entire workflow: the automatic palletizer for empty jars, the conveyor belts to the filling machines, the cardboard boxes forming machine, the “pick and place” system with anthropomorphic robot for filling the boxes and the automatic palletizing island. It was a major investment, a multifaceted project of great impact, which has led the company to significantly increase its production capacity.
“We managed to achieve this result thanks to the commitment and constant interaction between customer and supplier – Alessio Bondani points out – because, on the one hand, we have had helpful suggestions from the people who have been running the line for years; on the other hand, our experience and expertise have made it possible to find the right solution and solve the various problems”.
Today the automated line is fully functional and the customer manages it autonomously.
“However, the job is not finished: – concludes Bondani – we are always ready to improve the line according to the customer’s needs. This is the way we work and it is the way we manage to achieve the best results, for us and our customers”.
