استهلت شركة تشيماس“Cimas”، التي أسستها عائلة لورنزي “Laurenzi”، نشاطها كورشة للمعدات الزراعية في مدينة بيروجيا التاريخية “Perugia” (إيطاليا).
وفي عام 1965، قام السيد جيوزيبي لورنزي “Giuseppe Laurenzi”بتوسيعها وتحويلها إلى إنتاج منظومات أعلاف ومنشآت تخزين.

Company Cimas, founded by the Laurenzi family, initially started as an agriculture machinery factory in historical city of Perugia, Italy, and in 1965, its business activity was extended and turned to the production of animal feed machinery and storage plants.
In short time, it gained remarkable market’s appreciation thanks to its quality products and capacity to innovate and meet the ever-growing requirements of the livestock sector.
To remain vital to and competitive in the market, Cimas has taken the challenges posed by globalization: In addition to its historical factory in Perugia, in 2003 it also founded Cimas Industrie Sarl in the economic development district in Bizerte, Tunisia, with the goal of guaranteeing skills and services to those highly growing market areas. Both facilities extend on overall indoor surface of 11,000 sqm and are equipped with the most advanced raw material processing plants and accurate quality control plants. Moreover, design, development and production are EN1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 certified.
