CO.ME.T. realizza linee complete di servizio all’impianto di raffinazione: lo stoccaggio delle materie prime, il loro trasporto e dosaggio, il trasporto e la gestione del prodotto raffinato
Dal 1970 la CO.ME.T. di Alba produce macchine ed impianti per l’industria alimentare. Particolare attenzione è stata riposta nella progettazione e realizzazione di linee complete di raffinazione a sfere.
Le linee di raffinazione a sfere sono un sistema semplice, economico e versatile per la produzione di creme da spalmare, creme da farcitura e ricopertura, paste di frutta secca, creme da gelateria, cioccolato e compound, nonché come aggiunta a creme commerciali per personalizzare il prodotto.
Partendo da ricette con almeno un contenuto di materia grassa di almeno 30%, è possibile ottenere creme con una finezza micrometrica attorno ai 20 micron.
Le linee di produzione CO.ME.T. sono realizzate interamente in acciaio inox ad alta resistenza all’usura e con taglie di produzione per una capacità lavorativa da 25 – 100 – 250 – 500 kg.
Gli impianti possono avere una gestione manuale o automatica del processo (ad esclusione della macchina da 25 kg che esiste solo nella versione con carico direttamente in macchina senza serbatoio di premiscelazione).
Le macchine sono dotate di serbatoio di premiscelazione, dove gli elementi base di ricetta vengono inseriti in quantità tale da avere più batch di lavorazione. In automatico, con comando da PLC, il corpo di raffinazione viene riempito e si avvia il ciclo di raffinazione che avrà durata variabile a seconda della tipologia di prodotto da raffinare e dalle caratteristiche degli elementi base di ricetta.
Il sistema software è in grado di eseguire più ricette, gestendo i parametri di tempo e temperatura di raffinazione.
CO.ME.T. è in grado di realizzare linee complete di servizio all’impianto di raffinazione: lo stoccaggio delle materie prime, il loro trasporto e dosaggio, il trasporto e la gestione del prodotto raffinato. Il tutto gestito da apposito software.
L’azienda dispone di un impianto pilota atto a eseguire prove di raffinazione su prodotti del cliente.

Since 1970, the company CO.ME.T. in Alba has been producing machines and installations for food industry.
Special attention has been dedicated to design and construction of complete lines for ball refining.
The ball refining lines are a simple, economic and versatile system for the production of spreadable creams, filling and coating creams, dried fruit pastes, ice-cream, chocolate and compounds, as well as in addition to commercial creams to customize the product.
Starting with recipes with fat content at least of 30%, it is possible to produce creams with micrometer fineness around 20 microns.
The production lines CO.ME.T. are made entirely in stainless steel with high resistance to wear and tear and with production size for a working capacity of 25 – 100 – 250 – 500 kg.
The systems may have a manual or automated process managing (with the exception of the machine 25 kg which exists only in the version with loading directly into the machine without pre-mixing tank).
The machines are equipped with a pre-mixing tank, where the basic elements of the recipe are loaded in such a quantity as to have more batches processing. In automatic, by PLC command, the refining body is filled and it is started the refining cycle, which will have duration variable according to the type of product to be refined and to the characteristics of the basic elements of the recipe.
The software system is able to run multiple recipes, managing the parameters of time and temperature of refining.
CO.ME.T. is able to produce complete lines at the service of the refining plant: storage of raw materials, their transport and dosage, as well as transport and managing of refined product. All the plant controlled by dedicated software.
The company has a pilot plant available, fit to carry out refining tests on products of the customer.
