Grazie allo stock che sfiora i 100.000 motori finiti (tra cui anche motori elettrici in efficienza IE4, a Magneti Permanenti, NEMA e Media Tensione), componenti e semilavorati, Elvem garantisce un eccellente servizio al settore dell’industria alimentare.
L’ampia gamma di motori trova impiego nei vari macchinari impiegati nell’intera catena di realizzazione del prodotto, comprese le fasi di imballaggio e distribuzione, ma anche nelle strutture che sono a supporto del business produttivo principale.
Elvem è il partner ideale per le industrie del settore alimentare: grazie alla possibilità di testare i motori in sale prova di ultima generazione, studia con il cliente specifiche soluzioni per rispondere a tutte le necessità. Ne sono un esempio i motori con vernici anticorrosione, in alluminio sabbiato o incapsulati per ambienti costantemente sottoposti a lavaggi ed igienizzazioni; motori adatti a lavorare ad elevate o basse temperature, come sistemi di ventilazione e forni, e motori ATEX per aree e macchinari dove vi sono rischi dovuti alla presenza di gas e polveri, come mescolatori ed essiccatori.
Elvem è attenta anche al design e propone una carcassa compatta, maneggevole ed in grado di favorire la dissipazione del calore.
Allo stesso tempo, Elvem è focalizzata nell’offrire un prodotto dalle elevate performance per ridurre gli assorbimenti di energia ed i consumi, in linea con i parametri del regolamento della Commissione Europea “EU 2019/1781” rivolto alla riduzione dell’impatto ambientale.
Infatti, a partire dal primo luglio 2021, tutti i motori asincroni trifase da 0,75 a 1000kW (a 2, 4, 6 e 8 poli, eccetto “Ex eb” a sicurezza aumentata e i monofase) dovranno avere un livello minimo di efficienza IE3. Elvem non solo è già da tempo in grado di fornire tutti i propri motori in efficienza IE3, ma è pronta a rispondere ai clienti orientati ad efficienze più elevate e al risparmio energetico grazie alla serie IE4 ed ai motori a Magneti Permanenti IE4+.

Founded in the late ‘60s, in Bassano del Grappa, 70 km from Venice, Elvem Electric Motors is firmly established on the Italian motor market and in more than 40 Countries worldwide.
The second generation leads the company with a particular focus on technological innovation and development.
Thanks to the stock of almost 100,000 finished motors (including electric motors with IE4 energy efficiency, Permanent Magnets, NEMA and Medium Voltage), parts and semi-finished products, Elvem guarantees an excellent service to food industries. The wide range of motors covers the entire chain from the manufacture to packaging and distribution, supporting also the structure used to complete the business of the main processing plant.
Elvem is the great partner for food industries: thanks to the possibility to test in cutting-edge test rooms, Elvem is able to study with the customer tailor-made solutions to provide solutions to all requirements. As for example, electric motors with anticorrosion painting, aluminum sandblasted or encapsulated for environmental constantly submit to washing and sanitation; motors suitable for high or low temperature, such as motors for ventilation systems or bakeries, and ATEX for hazardous areas where there is the presence of gas and dusty, as for example reactor or dryer.
The company has been very attentive to the design of the casings, with an aim to meet the most modern trends in terms of compactness, handling and heat dissipation.
At the same time, Elvem is increasingly focused on offering high-performance low-energy consumption products that translate into savings for companies and lower environmental impact, in accord to the regulation of the European Commission “EU 2019/1781”. In fact, starting from July 1, 2021, all asynchronous three-phase motors from 0.75kW to 1000kW (with 2, 4, 6 and 8 poles, except for “Ex eb” increased safety motors and single-phase motors) have a minimum level of energy efficiency IE3. Elvem has long been able to provide the full range provided by the IE3 energy efficiency regulation, and is ready to meet the needs of customers most sensitive to efficiency and energy saving issues, thanks to IE4 series motors and Permanent Magnet Motors IE4+.
