L’edizione 2022 della fiera IFFA, tenutasi a Francoforte sul Meno dal 14 al 19 maggio, è stata ancora una volta un grande successo per Velati. La visitazione allo stand Velati è stata importante, nonostante l’assenza di visitatori provenienti da Russia e Cina per motivazioni politiche.
Tutti gli ospiti dello stand Velati hanno fornito riscontri entusiastici sulle macchine, le linee e i nuovi servizi presentati durante la fiera; in particolare, il nuovo tritacarne TMV, senza frizione pneumatica, bimotore con la regolazione di velocità gestita da inverter ed il nuovo sistema di pesatura in corsa per blocchi di carne congelata, che garantisce un flusso di pesatura continua, aumentando l’efficienza e la produttività, sono state le novità più apprezzate. I tritacarne frantumatori THOR 400 e THOR 250 hanno ricevuto il plauso dei visitatori per la loro elevata produttività e la possibilità di essere sia inseriti in linee automatizzate come macchine di sgrossatura che di essere utilizzati, per alcuni specifici prodotti come carne trita ed hamburger, come unica macchina in grado di ridurre il numero di passaggi per un processo più rapido ed efficace.
La tecnologia AR System di realtà aumentata e manutenzione predittiva è stata svelata nella sua ultima versione con grande successo, tutti i clienti Velati ne hanno potuto apprezzare le potenzialità per la riduzione totale dei fermi di produzione per manutenzione.
Velati ha inoltre annunciato la partnership con Handtmann. Handtmann amplia la sua offerta di macchine con i prodotti Velati, complemento di qualità per la propria gamma, mentre Velati amplia la sua rete commerciale e di assistenza, per essere sempre più vicina ad ogni suo cliente in tutto il mondo.

Latest IFFA 2022 edition, in Frankfurt, Germany, from 14th to 19th of May was once again a huge success for Velati. Many visitors were welcomed at Velati’s booth, even though Russia and China visitor were absent.

The new TMV grinder, double motor with inverter-controlled speed adjustment and without pneumatic clutch and the new weighing on the run for blocks, granting a continuous feeding flow of the production line, enhancing productivity were greatly appreciated.
Visitors valued highly the grinder breakers THOR 400 and THOR 250 thanks to their high productivity and their being apt as pre-grinding stage for automated line or as “done-in-one” machine for specific products such as minced meat or hamburgers, thus reducing process steps for a faster and more efficient production.
AR System augmented reality and predictive maintenance technology latest released was presented. Its potential was well appreciated by Velati’s Customers, allowing a complete reduction of machine stops for maintenance.
Velati announced a new partnership with Handtmann Maschinen Fabrik, Germany. Handtmann expands its product range with Velati’s quality product, while Velati expands its sales and aftersales network, being even closer to its customers worldwide
