Even in mechanical engineering, it is the interaction between the individual components that determines the properties of the whole system. Seemingly obvious, this is in fact a fundamental law.
A system consisting of machinery that interacts with each other in a faulty manner will certainly be worse than a system consisting of machinery that is in perfect synergy. Based on this concept, ME Food Solutions designs and builds each production line paying the utmost attention to the interaction between each machine. Each machine, in addition to being built to perfection, must interact optimally with all the others. To fulfil this requirement requires great engineering skills in the design phase and just as much technical expertise in the assembly phase. Nothing can be left to chance if a perfect balance is to be achieved and a high-performance and safe product delivered to the customer.
The testing phase also plays a crucial role. ME Food Solutions tests each plant in its own facility in order to check the overall functioning of the whole system. Eliminating or correcting any criticalities is the main objective of this phase. The fitters provide constant and valuable feedback to the designers, facilitating them in finding new solutions and designing ever more advanced plants.
The more complex the systems are, the greater must be the ability of the designers to take a global view of the entire project. Everything must work at its best, in order to allow the integrity of the food products along the entire line and the implementation of the transformation processes of the products themselves: leavening, pasteurisation, transport, etc.
