Dal 1990 la società MIX srl progetta e costruisce a Cavezzo (MO) sistemi di mescolazione e componenti industriali per il trattamento dei prodotti in polvere, granuli, fibre e paste. Durante questi anni MIX ha avuto l’opportunità di trattare tanti diversi prodotti, imparando che ogni processo è unico e merita un mescolatore costruito su misura capace di raggiungere il suo scopo. Grazie alla esperienza sempre in crescita, MIX è in grado di progettare e costruire macchine per processi in batch e in continuo; mescolatori, essiccatori, reattori, granulatori, sterilizzatori, riscaldatori, raffreddatori, sostatori adatti anche ai processi produttivi più complicati.
MIX crede fermamente nell’importanza della Ricerca e Sviluppo e dell’innovazione; recentemente MIX ha potenziato il proprio laboratorio di prova. Ora i clienti MIX possono far eseguire prove con parametri più severi, temperature fino a +200°C, pressione fino a +5bar ed in vuoto. Polveri, granuli, fibre, paste, tutti questi tipi di prodotti possono essere testate nel nuovo laboratorio, anche in atmosfera classificata (ATEX). Ora è possibile gestire completamente in automatico reazioni chimiche, reazioni fisiche, contenuto di umidità nei prodotti, incrementi di temperatura e di pressione; MIX tiene monitorati tutti i parametri durante ogni momento dell’intero processo. Come sempre MIX garantisce la riservatezza delle informazioni trattate e la ripetibilità nei mescolatori industriali dei risultati ottenuti durante le prove di laboratorio; ora diventa molto più semplice determinare le caratteristiche peculiari di ogni prodotto e, di conseguenza, individuare le tecniche di mescolazione più indicate per l’ottenimento del prodotto finito desiderato.

MIX further contributes to innovation by enhancing its testing facility, where today its customers can have trials carried out under harder parameters
Since 1990 MIX s.r.l. has been designing and manufacturing mixing systems and industrial components for bulk solids handling. During these years, MIX has had the opportunity to come in touch with many different products, learning that each process is unique and deserves a custom manufactured mixer to fulfill its purpose. Thanks to this continuously growing experience, MIX is able to design and manufacture batch and continuous mixers, dryers, reactors, granulators, sterilizers, heaters, coolers and blenders suitable for the most complicated industrial processes. MIX firmly believes in the importance of research, development and innovation.
Recently, MIX has enhanced its internal Testing Facility with brand new machineries and is now able to execute trials with harder parameters as temperature up to +200°C and pressure up to +5bar or vacuum.
Powders, granules, fibers, pastes can be tested in the new laboratory, even in classified hazardous atmosphere (ATEX).
The handling of chemical reactions, the measurement of moisture content of the products and the increase or decrease of pressure and temperature in the mixer is now fully automated. MIX laboratory allows the control of all parameters, during every step of the process.
As usual, MIX guarantees the confidentiality of the processed information and that the results obtained during the trials in the testing facility are scalable and repeatable with industrial mixers; Thanks to the new laboratory it is now much easier to determine the characteristics of each raw material and, therefore, identify the most suitable mixing techniques for obtaining the desired final result.
