I formati gestibili sono diverse tipologie di “scatola americana” e di “espositori” con fondo e coperchio, mentre le tipologie di prodotti manipolabili possono essere buste a fondo piatto, buste a cuscino, sacchetti, doypack, vasetti e vaschette termoformate, utilizzate prevalentemente nei settori bakery, dairy, meat e confectionary.
Particolarmente innovative sono le operazioni per la formatura e il riempimento della scatola con gestione rapida dei cambi formato attraverso anche trasportatori a vuoto e robot 2 assi di propria costruzione per la preparazione, spinta o picking dei prodotti. Tutto questo in dimensioni ridotte per ottimizzare gli spazi e con ottime performance, arrivando a gestire più di 25 scatole al minuto a seconda del formato.
A corredo di queste macchine, Abrigo fornisce anche soluzioni di pallettizzazione COBOT standard in grado di gestire payload fino a 20 Kg e configurazione su pallet US e UE.
Completano la famiglia delle soluzioni Abrigo le MRS CUBE, celle monofunzionali dedicate al picking per inscatolamento o alimentazione macchine di confezionamento primario, integrabili con macchine flowpack, termoformatrici, termosaldatrici, formatrici/chiuditrici scatole e le MRS MULTI, linee modulari complesse con più celle affiancate adatte ad alte velocità e con molteplici funzioni.

Always ahead into the study and development of custom projects to increase the efficiency of the production processes of large, medium, and small companies, Abrigo Spa in 2020 implements its solutions with the new brand SMART SERIES, machines with a very compact footprint, suitable for any kind of necessity for forming, filling, quality checking and closing of the boxes. The manageable packing formats are master boxes, displays, carton trays with separated lids, meanwhile the products that can be manipulated are flat bottom bags, pillow bags, doypack, jars, plastic trays, into the fields of bakery, dairy, meat and confectionery markets.
The solutions for erecting and filling the boxes are really innovative, with very fast change-over, thanks also to the application of vacuum conveyors and 2 axis Abrigo robots, prepared for the arrangement, the pushing and top loading picking of the products.
All this realized in a very compact footprint, to optimize the areas and with excellent performance, managing up to 25 boxes per minute depending on the format.
Moreover, Abrigo also supplies systems for the Cobot palletizing, able to manage applications with a maximum payload of 20Kg, both onto US and UE pallets.
