La prima parte del 2024 ha confermato la crescita costante di Livemould, la divisione di Livetech specializzata nella progettazione e nella produzione di macchine, impianti ed attrezzature dedicati al modellaggio del cioccolato.
Grazie all’esperienza maturata nel tempo dai suoi specialisti e ai costanti investimenti nel campo della Ricerca e Sviluppo, Livemould ha introdotto sul mercato soluzioni performanti e innovative che, fin da subito, hanno attirato l’attenzione di importanti produttori del settore che hanno deciso di affidarsi alla riconosciuta e consolidata qualità del marchio Livetech. Sempre attenta alle nuove esigenze del mercato, Livemould ha assecondato la crescente richiesta di prodotti semilavorati e ha presentato il suo nuovo sistema di deposito per gocce e lingue di cioccolato. Compattezza, velocità, accuratezza e flessibilità. Sono queste le caratteristiche alla base dello sviluppo del progetto del sistema di deposito LDS-D che, appena entrato sul mercato, ha riscosso un grande successo.
Quello della produzione delle gocce è sicuramente un mercato in crescita e le linee di produzione studiate da Livemould si inseriscono alla perfezione negli impianti in cui si cercano compattezza e produttività.
Il depositore LDS-D è in grado di coprire larghezze di nastro fino a 1500 mm, ma grazie al telaio ad estrazione telescopica, l’ingombro del sistema è ridotto a soli 2100 mm quando si trova in posizione di lavoro. Le piastre di colaggio a disegno speciale permettono di ottimizzare la concentrazione delle gocce sul tappeto, saturando così l’area di deposito e aumentando la produttività, senza esasperare la velocità di lavoro del sistema in termini di cicli al minuto. La facilità di estrazione delle piastre è garantita da un carrellino dedicato che consente di variare il formato in produzione in maniera estremamente efficiente. Passare per esempio da gocce da 0,05 g a bottoni da 1 g risulterà semplice, veloce ed estremamente pulito. Concepito come sistema ad alte prestazioni, tutti i movimenti di inseguimento, comando valvola e pistoni e sollevamento nastro sono gestiti da servomotori in grado di mantenere continuamente il controllo dello stato del sistema. Inoltre, l’assenza di catene, cinghie o ingranaggi migliora l’affidabilità e riduce i costi di manutenzione. Se la necessità è quella di produrre gocce con il “ricciolo”, l’interpolazione dei movimenti relativi tra avanzamento del depositore e nastro ne faciliterà l’esecuzione. Anche per la produzione di “lingue” o “bastoncini” basterà scegliere la ricetta dedicata e il sistema si adeguerà al nuovo formato.

The first part of 2024 confirmed the constant growth of Livemould, the Livetech division specialized in the design and production of machines, plants and equipment dedicated to chocolate moulding. Thanks to the experience gained over time by its specialists and constant investments in the field of Research and Development, Livemould has introduced on the market high-performance and innovative solutions which immediately attracted the attention of important manufacturers in the sector, who decided to rely on the recognized and consolidated quality of the Livetech brand. Always attentive to the new needs of the market, Livemould has satisfied the growing demand for semi-finished products and has presented its new depositing system for chocolate drops and strips. Compactness, speed, accuracy, and flexibility. These are the four base features for the development of the project for the LDS-D depositing system, which, as soon as it entered the market, had immediately a huge success. The production of chocolate drops is certainly a growing market and the solutions studied by Livemould fit perfectly when you look for compactness and productivity. The LDS-D depositor is able to cover belt widths up to 1500 mm, but thanks to the telescopic extraction frame, the overall dimensions of the system are reduced to just 2100 mm when in working position. The specially designed depositing plates allow to optimize the concentration of drops on the belt, thus saturating the deposit area and increasing productivity without increasing the speed in terms of cycles per minute. The ease of extraction through a dedicated elevating trolley allows you to change from one format of drops to another in a very efficient way. Thus, switching from 0.05 g drops to 1 g buttons will result to be simple, fast and extremely clean. Designed as a high-performance system, all tracking, valve and piston control and belt lift movements are controlled by servo motors to continuously maintain the supervision of the system status. In addition, the absence of chains, belts or gears improves the reliability and reduces the maintenance costs. If the need is to produce drops with the “curl”, the interpolation of the relative movements between the forward motion of the depositor with the movement of the belt will facilitate the execution; moreover, when the “sticks” or “strips” should be produced, simply choose the dedicated recipe and you will be ready to go.
