Традиционная сфера деятельности Livetech, а именно автоматические системы вторичной упаковки, теперь включает в себя расширенный ассортимент машин: роботизированные линии вторичной упаковки двух направлений: серия X (с акцентом на высокую производительность) и серия E (с акцентом на простоту и энергосбережение); автономные машины; зоны укладки на поддоны LPA картезианскими осями с возможностью оснащения множеством конфигураций в соответствии с различными потребностями. Особого внимания заслуживает упаковочная машина LWA, которая может изготавливать коробки с оберткой и коробки с дном и крышкой, а также новые многофункциональные зоны (с формовкой, наполнением и закрытием коробок) новой концепции, основанной на использовании независимых шаттлов.
В области первичной упаковки доступен ряд продуктов, которые сочетают в себе опыт Fourpack в области упаковочных машин flowpack и X-fold и связанные с ними системы подачи, а также ноу-хау, разработанное Livetech в своих машинах Liveflow.
В области моделирования шоколада Ceda располагает лабораторией, где совместно с клиентами можно протестировать процессы с целью выявления наилучших решений; а расширенные производственные площади группы позволяют лучше выражать ее потенциальные возможности, позволяя реализовывать полностью готовые линии моделирования.
Livetech and the companies of its group operate as a unique team, capable of building complete lines.
The strength of the group comes from combining the advantage of a unique system engineering and the preservation of the know-how and specialization of each company: chocolate moulding, primary wrapping and secondary packaging. The starting points of each project are the features of the product and the functions required by its packaging.
The traditional field of Livetech, that is automatic systems for secondary packaging, now includes an expanded range of machines: robotic lines for secondary packaging, in the two versions X-Series (focused on high performances) and E-Series (focused on essentiality and energy saving); stand-alone machines; LPA gantry palletizing cells, capable of being accessorized in multiple configurations, accordingly to the different exigencies. A particular highlight on the LWA case-packer, capable of producing wrap-around and tray+hood boxes, and on the new multifunctional systems (with forming, filling, and sealing of boxes) based on the concept of independent shuttles.
In the primary packaging field, it is available a range of products which gathers the experience of Fourpack in flow-wrapping and X-fold machines and the related feeding systems, and the know-how developed by Livetech in its Liveflow machines.
In chocolate moulding, Ceda now includes a laboratory where, together with the customers, it is possible to test the processes in order to identify the best solutions; and the extended production facilities of the group has given the possibility to express its full potential, allowing the construction of complete moulding lines.
