Stainless steel is resistant to corrosion caused by foodstuffs and beverages, thus preventing their contamination and alteration. Thanks to this property, it was chosen as the star material for Mini Motor’s Clean brushless motors. It is the top and unavoidable choice in the food industry because 316L stainless steel is extremely resistant to splashing boiling water (80°C) and high pressure (90 bar) plus very easy to clean.
Featuring a Hygienic Design, the series is ideal for use with the ageing systems used in pork and prosciutto processing plants, and with fish and seafood processing systems. These types of environments typically have high levels of salinity and the resistance of standard 304 stainless steel to corrosion is limited in such applications, whereas the 316L stainless steel chosen by Mini Motor is not affected.

La línea Fast Change se caracteriza por su compactibilidad, compatibilidad y alta integración en el sistema, control remoto y velocidad. Esta última está asegurada por la mayor velocidad de actuación de los motores (el doble en comparación con los de la competencia) y por la reducción del tiempo de inactividad de la máquina durante el cambio de formato, una operación particularmente dispendiosa en términos de tiempo y productividad. La electrónica con la que está equipado el FC permite la parametrización y el diagnóstico a distancia, posibilitando el control y seguimiento del estado operativo del producto y por consiguiente el mantenimiento predictivo, que es imprescindible para proporcionar a la máquina cualquier asistencia en poco tiempo.

Diseñada según el Hygienic Design, de hecho, la serie encuentra una aplicación perfecta en las plantas de curado de embutidos y fábricas de jamones, así como en las plantas de procesamiento de pescado y productos pesqueros. El acero inoxidable 316L elegido por Mini Motor puede resistir a la corrosión en dichos entornos caracterizados por un alto nivel de salinidad, donde el acero inoxidable 304 estándar no podría, en cambio, aguantar durante mucho tiempo.
