Il concetto di modularità è esteso ad ogni componente delle macchine, progettato in soluzioni ergonomiche e fortemente orientato al risparmio energetico. Quale sia la soluzione automatizzata proposta, il punto chiave resta l’assoluta flessibilità nel combinare tra loro le differenti tecnologie di etichettatura: pretagliata con colla a caldo, bobina colla a caldo, bobina colla a freddo, soluzioni di etichettatura ibride.

P.E. LABELLERS, nata nel 1974 a Mantova (Italy), si è sviluppata nel corso degli anni arrivando a diventare un gruppo leader mondiale nella produzione di macchine etichettatrici automatiche.
La dimensione di riferimento è globale: il gruppo è composto da 8 aziende distribuite tra Italia, USA e Brasile, ed è parte del gruppo multinazionale statunitense Pro Mach.
La strategia adottata da P.E. è stata quella di suddividere la produzione creando stabilimenti dedicati alle varie lavorazioni, dedicando ciascun sito produttivo a differenti linee di macchine.

These comprise rotary labeling machines combined with independent self-adhesive stations, cold glue, for fiscal and guarantee seals. In addition, there are linear sleeve models with thermo-retraction tunnels. It also avails of special optional solutions such as optical guidance systems, labelling controls, to verify the correct position of the applied labels.
The concept of modularity is extended to every component of the machines, designed in ergonomic solutions and strongly focused on energy savings. This is why many companies in the markets find in PE machines an effective response, which results in real savings and the economic optimization of their production lines. It is therefore not surprising that besides beverages, PE Labellers services the food & dairy, personal and homecare, and chemical and pharmaceutical industries worldwide.
Whatever the automated solution proposed, the key point remains absolute flexibility in combining the different labelling technologies: pre-cut with hot glue, hot glue reels, cold glue reels, hybrid labeling solutions.
