MTH is a leader in the production of refrigeration systems for applications in the HoReCa, large-scale distribution, food preservation and medical sectors, made entirely in Italy ensuring high product quality.
Monoblocs are plug-in refrigeration units loaded with refrigerant fluid, complete with all the components necessary for operation. The monoblocs for refrigerated tables and cabinets are characterized by a PP base, a high efficiency hermetic compressor and a PUE evaporator compartment with high thermal insulation, and are used in the HoReCa, large-scale distribution and medical sectors. On the other side, the monoblocs for cold rooms are designed for wall or ceiling applications and are characterized by a stainless-steel structure with colaminate outer cover and reciprocating hermetic compressors.
Condensing units are cooling devices consisting of a condenser with motor fan, hermetic compressor and in/out connection taps with evaporating unit, capillary or valve. They are used in the construction of display cases, refrigerated cabinets/cold rooms, blast chillers and vending machines, where it is necessary to separate the evaporating part from the condensing one and place the latter outside.
Finally, the silenced condensing units are equipped with a soundproofing structure that guarantees a high level of silence and are characterized by a self-supporting powder-coated aluminum case that allows the unit to be installed outdoors, on the floor or on the wall. They are used in areas where noise is annoying, such as supermarkets, restaurants, butchers and bakeries.
In order to further reduce the energy consumption of refrigeration systems, MTH is working on expanding the range of monoblocs and condensing units by implementing variable speed compressors to replace the on/off models.
By constantly adjusting the speed, the power output allows to quickly meet the required heat load. The pull-down phase is faster, allowing the system to reach the desired temperature quicklier, while maintenance takes place with a speed modulation, which minimizes energy consumption. In addition, they are also characterized by low noise and lower vibrations, which allow them to be used even in domestic applications, such as wine cellars.
