Motoriduttore DuoDrive: elevata efficienza energetica, bassi costi operativi
L’innovativo motoriduttore brevettato DuoDrive integra un motore sincrono IE5+ ad alta efficienza e un riduttore ad ingranaggi elicoidali monostadio e con un’efficienza di sistema fino al 92%, offre una delle più alte efficienze sul mercato per prodotti di questa classe di potenza. L’efficienza del sistema è molto elevata anche a carico parziale. L’erogazione di una coppia costante del motore su un’ampia gamma di velocità consente di ottenere una riduzione dei costi operativi e del numero di varianti di prodotto necessarie. La semplicissima modalità di messa in servizio plug-and-play si traduce in una significativa riduzione del costo totale di proprietà (TCO) rispetto ai sistemi di azionamento esistenti. Il design non ventilato e lavabile con superfici lisce soddisfa i più severi requisiti igienici e garantisce una pulizia ottimale.
NORDAC PRO SK 500P: un inverter universale adatto ad ogni tipo di applicazione.
NORD DRIVESYSTEMS amplia la sua famiglia di inverter NORDAC PRO introducendo nuovi modelli con potenze fino a 22 kW. Tutte e cinque le taglie della famiglia di prodotti sono dotate di un’interfaccia Ethernet multiprotocollo integrata e sono caratterizzate da un design sottile e compatto. NORD offre così la soluzione elettronica perfetta per i suoi sistemi di azionamento abbinati ai motori in modo ottimale – e lo fa per un’ampia gamma di potenze. Infatti, l’utilizzo di componenti di ultima generazione ha permesso di ottenere un design molto compatto che consente di ottimizzare lo spazio all’interno del quadro elettrico.
La serie è disponibile dal 2019, posizionandosi con grande successo sul mercato. L’interfaccia Ethernet multiprotocollo integrata consente la comunicazione tramite i protocolli Profinet, EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP o Ethernet POWERLINK. Il design compatto consente un’installazione salvaspazio nei quadri elettrici.

DuoDrive geared motor: High energy efficiency, low operating costs
The innovative and patented DuoDrive geared motor integrates a high-efficiency IE5+ synchronous motor into the housing of a single-stage helical gear unit, and with a system efficiency of up to 92% achieves one of the highest efficiencies on the market in this power class. Very high system efficiency is also achieved in the partial load range. The constant motor torque over a wide speed range allows for consistent version reduction and reduction of operating costs. Together with the simple plug-and-play commissioning, this results in a significant reduction in the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in comparison with existing drive systems. The unventilated, wash-down design with smooth surfaces meets the most stringent hygiene requirements and ensures optimum cleaning.
NORDAC PRO SK 500P: The all-rounder among control cabinet inverters
NORD DRIVESYSTEMS expands its NORDAC PRO inverter family to include sizes with powers of up to 22 kW. All five sizes in the product series have an integrated multi-protocol Ethernet interface and a slim, compact design. NORD thus offers the perfect electronic solution for its optimally matched drive systems – and does so for a wide power range. In fact, the use of state-of-the-art components has resulted in a very compact design that optimizes space within the electrical cabinet.
The series has been available since 2019, positioning itself with great success in the market. The integrated multiprotocol Ethernet interface enables communication via Profinet, EtherCAT, EtherNET/IP or Ethernet POWERLINK protocols. The compact design enables space-saving installation in control cabinets.
