Presentata ufficialmente al Vinitaly – Enolitech Special Edition 2021
Lancio ufficiale per la nuova arrivata in casa P.E. Si chiama MODULAR CM e ha tutte le caratteristiche per conquistare molti settori che necessitano di una macchina etichettatrice dalle dimensioni medio – piccole, super flessibile perché completamente modulare, dal layout riconfigurabile in maniera facile e veloce.
La fiera di Verona, giunta quest’anno alla sua 54^ edizione, è stata la vetrina ideale per presentare ufficialmente la nuova soluzione di etichettatura, poiché soddisfa le esigenze di moltissimi produttori e imbottigliatori del settore Wine & Spirits. 
La nuova Modular CM è una macchina etichettatrice compatta e solida, disponibile in 4 dimensioni da piccola a media, in grado di accogliere fino a 6 stazioni di etichettatura.
Oltre al Wine & Spirits, questa etichettatrice risponde molto bene alle necessità produttive anche dei settori Oil, Beer, Food & Dairy. Ideale per bottiglie di vetro e plastica, confezioni cilindriche e sagomate, per etichette parziali, fronte – retro, collari, sigilli I/L/U.
Su di essa vengono installate le stazioni di etichettatura con tecnologia adesiva e colla a freddo tra loro intercambiabili, sostituibili in pochi gesti in base alle proprie necessità produttive.
La Modular CM è una macchina che attesta altissimi standard di sicurezza per gli operatori: presenta protezioni sali/scendi che se alzate fermano istantaneamente l’attività della macchina.
Da poco concluse anche le edizioni 2021 di FachPack a Norimberga, Pack Expo a Las Vegas, Gulfood Manufacturing a Dubai. La presenza di P.E. Labellers si è fatta sentire in ogni manifestazione, tra lanci di nuovi modelli e premi internazionali conquistati.
A Pack Expo di Las Vegas è stata presentata ufficialmente SIMPL-CUT™, la rivoluzionaria soluzione di etichettatura che cambia le regole della tecnologia roll-fed. Questa soluzione rappresenta una vera novità, perché supera i limiti delle tradizionali etichettatrici da bobina grazie al suo sistema di taglio, alla facilità estrema nella sostituzione delle lame e a molti altri plus che non si erano mai visti.
Plus che non sono passati inosservati: Simpl-Cut™ si è infatti aggiudicata l’ambito PMMI’s Technology Excellence Award al Pack Expo di Las Vegas, conquistando il primo premio per la soluzione più innovativa nella categoria General Packaging.

Official launch for the new labelling solution produced by P.E. Labellers. It is called MODULAR CM and has all the features to be loved by many sectors that need a small to medium-sized labelling machine, super flexible thanks its complete modularity, with a layout that can be reconfigured easily and quickly.
Vinitaly – Enolitech Special Edition 2021 in Verona was the was the ideal showcase to officially present the new labelling solution, as it meets the needs of many producers and bottlers in the Wine & Spirits sector.
Modular CM is a compact and solid machine available in 4 sizes from small to medium, up to 6 labelling stations, perfect for glass and plastic bottles, cylindrical and shaped formats, and for partial labels – front / back, neck labels, plastic I/L/U shape tax stamps.
In addition to Wine&Spirits, Modular CM also satisfies the production needs of the Oil, Beer, Food&Dairy industries.
It features labelling stations with pressure sensitive technology and cold glue, reciprocally interchangeable; they are replaceable in a few steps according to any production needs.
The Modular CM is a machine that provides the highest standards of safety for the operators: it has up/down protections that, when raised, instantly stop the machine’s operation.

What news was on show at Pack Expo 2021?
Pack Expo was held in Las Vegas from September 28 to 30 and was the showcase for the official launch of SIMPL-CUT™, the revolutionary labelling solution that changes the rules of Roll-Fed technology. This solution represents a true innovation: it overcomes the limits of traditional Roll-Fed labellers thanks to its cutting system, the extreme ease in replacing the blades and many other additional, unprecedented features.
These additional features didn’t go unnoticed: In fact, Simpl-Cut™ won PMMI’s coveted Technology Excellence Award at Pack Expo in Las Vegas, receiving the first prize for the most innovative solution in the General Packaging category.

What news was on show at FachPack 2021?
For the Nuremberg trade fair, held from September 27 to 29, P.E. Labellers showcased MODULAR SL, the fully flexible multi-configuration and multi-technology machine.
This labelling solution can perform multiple configurations and application technologies: completely interchangeable labelling stations are installed, which can be replaced in a few steps.
The labelling stations can be either fixed or on independent carts, therefore modularity is expressed both in the technologies available and in the configurations that can be obtained.
Modular SL is a machine with a vocation for safety, which makes the protection of the operator another of its strong points.
