تقع الشركة في مدينة شيرو مادجورى Cerro Maggiore في محافظة ميلانو Milano، وتشغل مصنعًا بمساحة 12000 متر مربع بطاقم عاملين مكون من فنيين متخصصين وملتزمين بتلبية طلبات العملاء. مكنت الاستثمارات التكنولوجية والهيكلية المستمرة واستخدام المعدات المتقدمة الشركة من تقديم تحكمًا كاملًا في الإنتاج ومنتجات عالية الجودة، وبصفة خاصة قسم الأعمال الميكانيكية مُجهز بآلات تقليدية لكن في نفس الوقت أوتوماتيكية وعالية التقنية 4.0 (المخارط المتحكم بها، مراكز العمل، المستودعات الأوتوماتيكية).

يُمكن تخصيص الآلات بالكامل حسب طلب العملاء. الأجزاء الملامسة للمنتج مصنوعة من الفولاذ غير القابل للصدأ “Aisi316L” أو خامات توافق عليها هيئة الغذاء والدواء “FDA”، ويمكن إزالتها وتعقيمها بالكامل. يتم إجراء بروتوكول التحقق من أهلية التركيب والتشغيل “IQ-OQ” بناءً على الطلب. شهادات اعتماد الخامات والأغراض الملامسة للأغذية.
تتواجد شركة أوماس تكنوسيستيمي في السوق المحلي والدولي عبر شبكة واسعة من الوكلاء والموزعين في ظل التنسيق المستمر مع المكتب التجاري المركزي للشركة.

في ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2018 تم تسليم أول ماكينة FLEXICAP، وهي ماكينة مبتكرة لتركيب الكبسولات وهي مخصصة للسوائل أو المواد القابلة للذوبان أو القهوة. وتتوفر بموديلات مختلفة مُجهزة بحد أدنى بمسارين لإنتاج ما يصل إلى 120 كبسولة، وبحد أقصى 8 مسارات لإنتاج ما يصل 450 كبسولات في الدقيقة بناءً على النمط والمنتج المراد تعبئته.
منذ عرضها مؤخرًا في السوق الدولي، تقدم ماكينة FLEXICAP ضمانات ديناميكية وأداءً متميزًا. نمطية النظام بأكمله تجعل كافة عمليات تغيير النمط و/أو المنتج في غاية السهولة والسرعة.
يأتي اسم FLEXICAP تحديدًا من المرونة الفائقة للماكينة بأكملها، بدءًا من نظام تغذية الكبسولات، التي يُمكن تغذيتها عبر وحدة تغذية جماعية أو باستخدام مخزن عمودي للكبسولات المُجمعة، وصولًا إلى أعمال التعبئة والتفريغ باستخدام نظام “pick & place”. يهدف نظام التنظيف الداخلي للكبسولة قبل التلقيم إلى ضمان مراعاة المعايير الغذائية وتنظيف حافة الكبسولة بعد التلقيم من أجل إغلاقها بشكل مثالي. وحدات التلقيم والإغلاق سهلة الإدارة بما في ذلك أعمال الصيانة والتنظيف. الماكينة مزودة بأدوات تحكم من أجل تنفيذ كافة العمليات بشكل صحيح.

In December 2018, the first FLEXICAP was delivered, an innovative machine to assembly capsules for liquids. It is available in different models, from a minimum of 2 lanes performing up to 120 capsules, to a maximum of 8 lanes up to 450 capsules per minute according to the format and product to fill.
Recently placed on the international market, FLEXICAP offers guarantees of dynamism and excellent performances. The modularity of the whole system makes all the operations of change over or product extremely simple and fast.
The name FLEXICAP is given from the extreme flexibility of the whole machine, from the feeding of the capsules that can be effectuated randomly by the automatic feeder or with vertical storage for stacked capsules, to the loading and downloading with a pick & place system.
The inner cleaning system of the capsules before the filling is in compliance with the food standards and of the edge of the capsule after the filling for a perfect sealing.
The stations of filling and sealing are simply to use, included the maintenance and cleaning. The machine is equipped with controls for the correct execution of all the operations.
