QVision-Tech Srl was founded in 2015, with the desire to take advantage of more than 25 years of experience in the field of artificial vision by creating a company highly specialized and focused on the development of technologies for the automation of the quality control in industrial production.

The main field of activity of the company is the design and production of Artificial Vision Systems for the quality control in the packaging industry, mainly for the food and beverage sector. Basic products are the systems dedicated to the control of closures (plastic and aluminium) and the systems for the inspection of vials and bottles. These systems, using digital cameras and image processing systems, allow the automatic quality control at the end of the production line, with the ejection of defective parts, on the basis of the control tolerances set by the line supervisor / operator.
In addition to the standard products, QVision also offers the possibility to supply “custom” systems, designed according to customers’ specifications, to allow performing special requests of inspection. Thanks to the know-how acquired in years of activity in the sector of industrial applications of machine vision, the use of the latest technology and a proprietary software completely developed in house, QVision is able to analyse specific issues and offer “turnkey” solutions, innovative and reliable.

يتمثل المجال الرئيسي لنشاط الشركة في تصميم وإنتاج أنظمة الرؤية الحاسوبية لمراقبة الجودة في صناعة التعبئة والتغليف، وبشكل خاص في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات. تتمثل المنتجات الأساسية في الأنظمة المخصصة لمراقبة عناصر الاغلاق (المصنوعة من البلاستيك والألومنيوم) ولفحص القوارير والزجاجات. تسمح هذه الأنظمة، التي تستخدم كاميرات رقمية وأنظمة معالجة الصور في مراقبة الجودة بشكل تلقائي في نهاية خط الإنتاج، مع إخراج الأجزاء المعيبة بناءً على معايير التحكم في التفاوتات المحددة من قبل المشرف على العمل/مشغل الخط.
