The Pack-Sim software presented by Scanny3D perfectly integrates into the 3D laser scanner, and provides a complete solution for companies in the packaging/bottling sector: the software features allow you to automatically align the 3D model, manage the center of gravity of the bottle (both in the symmetric and in the asymmetric case) and define the simulation dimensions for the calculation of the alveolar profiles. The plug-in performs a real simulation of the movement of the bottle on the line machinery, automatically generating the profile of both the whole star and the screw (as well as the counter-star), and allowing greater reliability of the design and a substantial increase in the company productivity, thanks to the significant reduction of time and development costs.
