Riscaldatori autonomi
MISTRAL è un soffiante compatto, disponibile in 3 modelli, da 2300 a 4500 W; con un ingombro massimo di soli 352x90x91 mm, consente di portare il calore là dove serve nel processo industriale, riducendo al minimo l’impiantistica meccanica ed elettrica a supporto. È in grado di riscaldare aria fino a 650° C e garantire una portata d’aria fino a 400 l/min. Nella versione PREMIUM la temperatura dell’aria viene gestita tramite potenziometro, eventualmente remotabile.
Nella versione SYSTEM, i parametri di temperatura e di portata aria sono gestibili direttamente dal PLC della macchina o dell’impianto, con una semplicità di controllo del processo e una garanzia di ripetibilità unica. Un comodo display rende agevolmente monitorabili i parametri di set e di funzionamento.
HOTWIND, rispetto a Mistral, ha una capacità più che doppia di generare aria calda (portata max.900 l/min). Con una potenza dell’elemento riscaldante che parte dai 2300 W del modello più semplice e raggiunge i 5400 W nel modello più performante, HOTWIND è il riscaldatore autonomo versatile per eccellenza, disponibile nelle versioni PREMIUM e SYSTEM.
Sia MISTRAL che HOTWIND utilizzano motori brushless garantendo massima durata e minima necessità di manutenzione, in virtù dell’assenza di carboncini.
Completa la gamma VULCAN, fino a 11 KW di potenza riscaldante in un unico dispositivo compatto, robusto e facile da integrare nei processi industriali.
Soffianti
La gamma di soluzioni Leister comprende diverse soffianti efficienti e facili da inserire negli impianti di confezionamento. Vediamo le principali:
• Le dimensioni ridotte della soffiante MONO 6 SYSTEM non devono trarre in inganno: pesa solo 1 kg ma ha una portata d’aria fino a 600 litri al minuto, regolabile mediante unità di controllo e-Drive o interfaccia esterna. Il motore brushless azzera le necessità di manutenzione e permette il funzionamento in continuo.
• Robust è una soffiante compatta: con soli 8 kg di peso ha una portata d’aria di 1200 litri al minuto. Ha un sistema di insonorizzazione che la rende molto silenziosa, è robusta e può essere utilizzata in qualsiasi posizione, anche in continuo e in condizioni ambientali difficili.
• La soffiante Silence si distingue per la rumorosità estremamente bassa: appena 61 dB(A), corrispondenti al suono di una conversazione. Compatta e performante (9 kg di peso, 6000 litri al minuto) può lavorare con temperatura d’aria in entrata fra 100° C e 200° C e in ambienti con temperature fino a 75° C.
• La soffiante ASO con i suoi 15 kg di peso ha consumi contenuti (550 w) ma utilizzata a 60 Hz arriva a consentire un flusso d’aria di 15900 litri al minuto; con gli accessori adeguati può alimentare più di un riscaldatore Leister simultaneamente. Può lavorare con temperature aria in aspirazione fino ad un massimo di 200° C, risponde bene all’impiego in impianti con ricircolo di aria calda.
• RBR è una soffiante ideale per il riciclo dell’aria calda, adatta a gestire temperature dell’aria in entrata fino a 350° C, contribuendo a generare considerevoli risparmi energetici e contenendo i costi di produzione. Con i suoi 19 kg, permette di erogare un flusso d’aria di ben 20.000 litri al minuto.
• Per gli impianti di maggiori dimensioni è sicuramente indicata Airpack, può convogliare grandi quantità d’aria a elevata pressione. Potente (2200W) e performante (3900 litri al minuto), può alimentare anche più di un riscaldatore alla volta. Anche per Airpack sono disponibili vari accessori: tubi, adattatori e ugelli.
Una combinazione ottimale

Self-contained heaters

Blowers
Leister’s range of solutions includes several efficient blowers which are easy to integrate into packaging systems. Let us take a look at the main ones:
• The small size of the MONO 6 SYSTEM blower should not be misleading: it weighs only 1 kg but has an air flow rate of up to 600 litres per minute, which can be adjusted via the e-Drive control unit or external interface. The brushless motor eliminates the need for maintenance and allows continuous operation.
• Robust is a compact blower: weighing just 8 kg, it has an air flow of 1200 litres per minute. It has a soundproofing system which makes it very quiet, it is robust and can be used in any position, even continuously and in difficult environmental conditions.

• For larger plants, Airpack is definitely recommended, as it can deliver large quantities of air at high pressure. Powerful (2200W) and high-performance (3900 litres per minute), it can also supply more than one heater at a time. Various accessories are also available for Airpack: hoses, adapters and nozzles.
