BRUNO WOLHFARTH, costruttore di filtri e pompe in acciaio inox, leader nelle tecnologie di filtrazione e di travaso di prodotti alimentari, parteciperà con entusiasmo alla nuova edizione di CibusTec 2023 e presenterà importanti novità, dopo l’interruzione per la pandemia dall’ultima edizione del 2019.
Uno degli effetti negativi della pandemia è stata l’assenza di manifestazioni fieristiche. Nonostante il progresso delle comunicazioni digitali e le possibilità di incontro virtuale via web, la fiera resta il punto d’incontro privilegiato tra domanda ed offerta. Questo è ancor più vero per le fiere di prodotti tecnologici, come CibusTec, dove si espongono le più recenti applicazioni rivolte al settore alimentare. L’incontro tra i costruttori di macchine ed impianti e gli utilizzatori, permette ai primi di conoscere le criticità ed i problemi a cui bisogna trovare la soluzione ed ai secondi di trovare la risposta più avanzata per rendere sempre più efficiente e sicuro il processo produttivo nel proprio ambito di lavoro.
Allo stand WOLHFARTH si potrà vedere in funzione l’elettropompa della serie “RAPID VER”, con inverter elettronico a bordo, mentre travasa un gel ad alta viscosità (90.000 cps.).
Saranno esposti i modelli di filtri e di pompe che da decenni vengono impiegati nelle più importanti industrie del settore, naturalmente aggiornati in considerazioni delle nuove esigenze degli utilizzatori e delle nuove applicazioni rese possibili dai progressi dell’elettronica, sempre in ottemperanza delle più recenti normative in materia di igiene e sicurezza.
La novità di quest’anno sarà la serie brevettata HRS (Hygienic Rapid Sanitary), un’evoluzione delle storiche serie RAPID e RAPID SANITARIA: la prima elettropompa a girante flessibile con sistema di drenaggio per lo svuotamento della pompa a fine lavoro senza bisogno di smontaggio. L’applicazione di una elettrovalvola permette lo svuotamento automatico, particolarmente utile negli impianti dove la stessa pompa può essere utilizzata sia nel ciclo di produzione sia nel ciclo di lavaggio (clean in place). L’eventuale collegamento all’elettrovalvola di un generatore di vuoto “Venturi” facilita sia lo svuotamento sia il riempimento veloce della pompa nella fase iniziale del lavoro, anche in presenza di prodotti molto densi e viscosi.

BRUNO WOLHFARTH, manufacturer of stainless steel filters and pumps and a leader in filtration and food product transfer technologies, is looking forward to participating in the new edition of CibusTec 2023 and presenting important new products, after the pandemic-related hiatus since the last edition in 2019.
One of the negative effects of the pandemic was the hiatus of exhibitions. Despite the progress of digital communication and the possibilities of online virtual meetings, fairs remain the preferred meeting point between supply and demand. This is even more true for technology fairs, such as CibusTec, where the latest applications in the food sector are exhibited. The meeting between machine and plant manufacturers and users allows the former to learn about critical issues and problems that need to be solved, and the latter to find the most advanced answer to make the production process in their area more efficient and safer.
At the WOLHFARTH stand, the ‘RAPID VER’ series electric pump with on-board electronic inverter can be seen in operation as it transfers a high-viscosity gel (90,000 cps.)
The company will display filter and pump models that have been used for decades in the most important industries in the sector, naturally updated to take account of new user requirements, new applications made possible by advances in electronics, and always in compliance with the latest hygiene and safety regulations.
This year’s new product will be the patented HRS (Hygienic Rapid Sanitary) series, an evolution of the historic RAPID and RAPID SANITARIA series: the first electric pump with flexible impeller and drainage system for emptying the pump at the end of work without the need for disassembly. The application of a solenoid valve allows automatic emptying, which is particularly useful in plants where the same pump can be used in both the production and washing cycle (clean in place). The possible connection of a ‘Venturi’ vacuum generator to the solenoid valve facilitates both emptying and fast filling of the pump in the initial phase of work, even with very dense and viscous products.
