Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG ha ulteriormente sviluppato il suo sistema di triturazione per l’industria RedUnit e lancia RedUnit XRL260, la sua più grande macchina per la riduzione dei solidi, fino ad oggi.
La nuova RedUnit riduce in breve tempo grandi quantità di materiali solidi ed è quindi ideale per la lavorazione di scarti di macellazione, scarti alimentari e materiali di riciclo.
Due motoriduttori, ciascuno con una potenza fino a 37 kW, garantiscono un’elevata portata fino a 100 m3/h. Gli sportelli di servizio laterali, parte del nuovo concetto di manutenzione Vogelsang, offrono un accesso diretto e semplificato ai rotori. Inoltre, ora è più facile rimuovere i corpi estranei, poiché l’area di riempimento della macchina non richiede uno sgombero preventivo, spesso dispendioso.
“I nostri clienti nei settori della carne, alimentare e del riciclo hanno bisogno di un trituratore ad alte prestazioni per una lavorazione affidabile e flessibile anche di grandi quantità di materiale. Potente e dalla manutenzione semplice
Il nucleo della RedUnit è costituito da due rotori Ripper, ciascuno azionato dal proprio motore. Gli utenti possono regolare individualmente la direzione di rotazione e la velocità dei rispettivi rotori. Se dei materiali bloccano i rotori, questi si invertono e i corpi estranei possono essere rimossi facilmente attraverso le botole laterali. Inoltre, i portelli offrono un accesso diretto e facile ai rotori. Di conseguenza, questi ultimi sono facilmente raggiungibili con gli strumenti di installazione associati durante la manutenzione o la sostituzione. Una persona può smontare i rotori del trituratore in modo indipendente. Non è necessario rimuovere i sistemi di alimentazione e scarico. Vogelsang ha quindi aumentato la disponibilità del sistema e ridotto al minimo i tempi di inattività della macchina. Come opzioni aggiuntive sono disponibili anche dei piedini di supporto, un pozzetto di riempimento o sistema di controllo per una facile integrazione con le installazioni esistenti.
La RedUnit è disponibile nei modelli XRL260-800, XRL260-1200 e XRL260-1600 con diverse dimensioni della lama. Tutti i modelli sono dotati di regolazione continua dell’altezza. Vogelsang launches its RedUnit XRL260 industrial grinder for high throughput quantities
Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG has further developed its RedUnit grinding system and launches the RedUnit XRL260, its largest industrial grinder up to date.
The new RedUnit reduces large quantities of solid materials in a short time and is therefore ideal for processing abattoir waste, food waste and recycling materials. Two geared motors, each with up to 37 kW, ensure high throughput performance of up to 100 m3/h. Lateral service hatches – part of the new Vogelsang service concept – offer direct, simplified access to the rotors. In addition, it is now easier to remove foreign bodies, since the fill area of the machine no longer requires elaborate clearing.
“Our customers in the meat-, food and recycling industries need a high-performance grinder for reliable, flexible processing of even large quantities of material. For example, during the current widespread bird flu in Germany, many culled animals had to be destroyed quickly; the RedUnit XRL260 proved to be a real problem solver here,” says Harald Vogelsang, CEO of Vogelsang GmbH & Co. Powerful and service-friendly
The RedUnit’s core features two ripper rotors, which are each driven by their own motor. Users can individually guide the rotation direction and speed of the respective rotors. If materials block the rotors, they reverse and the foreign bodies can be removed through the lateral hatches. Moreover, the hatches offer direct, easy access to the rotors. As a result, the latter are easy to reach with the associated installation tools during maintenance or replacement. One person can demount the ripper rotors independently. Removing the feed and discharge systems is unnecessary. Vogelsang thus has boosted the system’s availability and cut the downtime of the machine to a minimum. Support feet, a filling shaft or a system solution for easy integration with existing installations are also available as additional options.
The grinder is available in the sizes XRL260-800, XRL260-1200 and XRL260-1600 with various blade sizes. All models feature continuous height adjustment. The RedUnit XRL260-1600 is the biggest grinder in the series with a floor area of 1.80 x 3.60 meters.
