UNIMAC-GHERRI (AROL GROUP) è l’azienda specializzata nella produzione di macchine e linee di confezionamento per prodotti alimentari in contenitori in vetro, metallo e plastica, con capsule twist-off e prefilettate. Tra gli esempi di soluzioni proposte è possibile menzionare linee complete che consentono di coprire il processo di packaging primario, garantendo l’igienizzazione del contenitore vuoto con una soffiatrice ad aria e a vapore, il suo riempimento attraverso una riempitrice lineare a pistoni e, infine, la chiusura con una macchina capsulatrice lineare automatica munita di alimentatore magnetico capsule da terra. A inizio linea è quindi possibile installare una soffiatrice modello GG75, idonea alla pulizia di scatole in banda stagnata, di vasi e bottiglie in vetro, di contenitori e bottiglie di plastica. Il diametro dei contenitori va da 30 a 160 mm con altezza da 50 a 280 mm.
Questa soluzione consente di lavorare su diversi formati senza nessun costo aggiuntivo con possibilità di effettuare un cambio formato senza alcuna attrezzatura aggiuntiva. Novità recente è la riempitrice lineare a pistoni PF-6L, adatta a tutti quei prodotti densi e semidensi come succhi di frutta, marmellata, conserve di pomodoro, maionese, salse, omogeneizzati. La macchina presenta un design attento alle necessità di estrema igienizzazione del settore, con una zona di riempimento ridotta al minimo per facilitare la sanificazione. La gamma comprende modelli da 4 a 6 pistoni, costruiti interamente in acciaio inox. L’unità di riempimento pistone/cilindro doppio per vasi, bottiglie e barattoli opera con capacità da 20 a 1100 ml (per il riempimento di porzioni monodose). A seguire si trova la capsulatrice lineare automatica modello GG100, predisposta con le opportune attrezzature opzionali alla tappatura di vasi e/o bottiglie con capsule metalliche tipo Regular, Medium, Deep, Twist-off, Pry-Twist e Pry-off. La produzione massima è di 12.000 pezzi/ora riferita a contenitori con capsula Ø 38 mm tipo RTO. La tappatura avviene in camera satura di vapore e ad alto grado di vuoto all’interno del contenitore. Il valore di vuoto è costante mentre la facilità di regolazione dei formati è resa senza l’utilizzo di attrezzature speciali anche con la macchina in produzione. Il cambio formato è quindi rapido ed è garantita la resistenza alla corrosione. Completano la gamma prodotto depalettizzatori e palettizzatori semi-automatici ed automatici.

UNIMAC-GHERRI (AROL GROUP) is the company specialised in the production of packaging machinery and lines for food products in glass, metal, and plastic containers, with twist-off and pre-threaded caps. The example solutions proposed include the possibility for complete lines able to cover the primary packaging process, guaranteeing sanitisation of the empty container with an air and steam blower, its filling by means of a linear piston filler, and lastly, closure with an automatic linear capping machine equipped with floor-standing magnetic cap feeder. At the start of the line, it is therefore possible to install a GG75, suitable for cleaning tinplate cans, glass vases and bottles, plastic containers and bottles. The diameter of the containers ranges from 30 to 160 mm, with height from 50 to 280 mm. This solution allows processing of different formats without any additional costs and the possibility to make a format change without any additional equipment, rather making only the necessary adjustments. A recent novelty is the linear piston filler PF-6L, suitable for all dense and semi-dense products such as fruit juices, jams, tomato pastes, mayonnaise, sauces, baby foods. The machine design caters to the industry’s extreme sanitisation requirements, with a filling zone reduced to the minimum to facilitate sanitisation. The range includes 4- and 6-piston models, made entirely of stainless steel. The piston/double cylinder filling unit for bottles and jars works with a 20 to 1100 ml capacity (for filling single-dose portions). Next is the GG100 automatic linear capper, fitted with the necessary optional equipment for capping vases and/or bottles with Regular, Medium, Deep, Twist-off, Pry-Twist, and Pry-off metal caps. The maximum production rate is 12,000 pieces/hour for containers with RTO type caps with diameter 38 mm. Capping occurs in a steam-saturated chamber with a high-level vacuum inside the container. The vacuum level is constant, while formats can be regulated without the use of special equipment, even with the machine in production. The format change is therefore rapid and corrosion resistance is guaranteed. The product range is completed by semi-automatic and automatic depalletizers and palletizers.
